Their home boys must be the ones leaving the 5 star reviews. Two hours for a simple oil change. Come to find out they were waiting for an oil filter.. But nobody gave me the option to go somewhere else, by atleast mentioning that they didn’t have the filters on hand and had to order it🤦🏾♀️…

Very friendly and reasonably priced location!! They were able to get us in and out within 20-25 minutes, and were very knowledgeable and friendly. I’d go back just to see the kind front desk rep again, he’s awesome!

Went to get oil changed and tire rotation and my tires were put on wrong which threw my sensors off plus now my new tires leak so I called and scheduled an appointment for today at 10 am. Came to appointment it was a different manager said I had no appointment and tried to charge me $29 to fix a leak they caused. This manager was very rude and condescending and needs training.I need corporate to contact me ASAP

The Mexican manager with the long hair tried to change me 600 bucks to install my tire sensors! He was trying to pocket some money. Talking bout the people who got fired for that and he doing the same things! The white tire guy is lazy and didn't want to put my tires on because it was 4pm and he didn't wanna do any more work for the day so he acted like he didn't want to do the tire and made up excuses

I called all around town and this was literally the only place that had my size tires in stock and immediate availability to get them installed. The price was cheaper than most places I was quoted as well. I appreciate y'all so much!!! Thank you!

I visited Tire Choice on 11/01 after my tire light came on (I’m assuming because of the cold). I didn’t have a tire gauge and I was driving a company vehicle. The gentleman at the desk greeted me and was very nice. I explained my situation and he told me to pull up to the bay and he would check the tire pressure for me. He didn’t have me get out of the car because it was cold. He checked and aired up all of my tires for me and told me I didn’t have pay anything. It was incredibly nice and sweet of him to take care of me and get me back on the road. I regret not getting his name to give a shout-out in this review.

The mechanics are great! My vehicle does not give me any problems after their work is finished on it. The office staff has patience and they get all loose ends of the paper work taken care of! I only use this location!
