They changed the wrong tire and then I had nothing but issues with the tire that shouldn’t have been touched. They treat women like idiots. Avoid this place!

Hi, I thought I’d reach out to let you know the constant issues I am having and have had over the last few years. The current issue. I brought my car in late December for brake service on my rear brakes. When I received a call after they took a look they gave me a laundry list of things it needs. Battery, valve cover gasket, brakes/calipers/rotors/fluid flush. I went ahead and did everything including oil filter and cabin filter. About $3000 worth of work. It took a few days and the initial thing that bugged me is that I had to continue to call for updates instead of them letting me know the status. No biggie but about a week or 2 later I started noticing 2 different leaks (never had leaks before). I took it back in and they said I needed a new radiator and some filter for oil. So another $1500. What pissed me off is that why didn’t they catch that the first time? Mind you I originally only brought it in for rear brakes or rotors and left with $3000 worth of work. I went ahead and had them do the work so now I’m $4500 in at this point. They kept my car for 4 or 5 days and no calls to update me. I had to continue to call. A week later my car is on the side of the road overheating. We brought it back in and asked to be made a priority and they said they can’t promise me anything. It ended up being a sensor that had not been reconnected. Here I am about a week later and I’m on a business trip to California. My brand new brakes are grinding and I’m on a 400 mile away trip. I brought it in today and the guy seemed short when trying to explain. When he called to confirm it needed brakes and calipers again he seemed to think it was my fault somehow like my E brake was on when I is impossible to move the car when activated. They said it should be done today. I am not bringing any more business to your company but thought you should know. I have had issues like this with 2 other vehicles. I had a jeep axel fall off after bringing in for service to you guys. I had a f150 also have tire sensor lights on when picking it up after getting new tires put on. When I went back and asked why they said they must all of the sudden need to be replaced (all at once). Seriously? BS.. This should have been my sign but here I am AGAIN after not listening to my wife I gave you more business and got roped into constant issues and money spent. Sent this email to your customer feedback and it doesn’t go through. Figure that. Beware.

BAD BAD BAD EXPERIENCE if I could give them negative - stars I would. I got my brakes (just pads) done July 25th 2024. $600 (give or take a few dollars) Go back last week 23k miles because they're grinding already was quoted $800 to replace their crap work Today is 1/7/2025 I’m at another shop replacing pads and rotors paying $501 for brake pads and rotors **Upon inspection tire choice DID NOT REPLACE ROTORS AND GAVE ME USED OR FAULTY PADS.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The people here are so unprofessional. Guy at the front seemed to have other things on his mind besides helping the customers , They will do everything to up-sale you on the oil change and not take no as an answer. I had a 0800 appointment for an oil change that I made 3 days before. Didn't get my car until 12 noon . Did not receive a call saying my car was done ,i had just had enough waiting and came back to to get my car regardless of the status. the staff just stare and ignore you when you walk in and I had to go get my car which was still parked in front of the bay with the hood posted up like they were still working on it.

New ownership at this place. Got a $2,000 quote for minor repairs. The first place I called gave me a quote of 600 and the work has been done for that amount. Run from this place. It is not what it used to be.

Overall good service as usual. One problem was I scheduled an appointment time 3 days in advance specifically for my oil change but when I arrived was told that it would take upwards of 90 minutes or more! Why schedule a time if they’re not going to make sure they’re ready to complete the scheduled servicing when I arrive?

The service writer was pretty chill and helpful, although he did smell like marijuana. I left my car to get four tires installed, but driving home afterwards, my car was shaking so bad I could barely control it. I called the shop immediately and Austin told me I’d have to come back the following day. So I made an appointment, or thought I did. Once I went back, the manager who was also acting as service writer, told me I didn’t have an appointment set and that I’d have to wait a couple hours. I asked if he could try to get me in sooner since I was supposed to have had an appointment and it was a recheck due to poor installation. Well, the manager turned into Mr. Hyde and reiterated that I’d have to wait a couple hours because they were busy. I understand that, but THIS WAS A MESS UP ON THEIR PART, THEY SHOULD HAVE DROPPED WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND MAKE MY CAR RIGHT. I was ticked, so I got my keys back and brought my car to Discount Tire where I normally get my tires done. They confirmed that my wheels had not been balanced at all. Original, dirty weights were still in the same spot as before the installation. So all the tech did was install the tires and moved on to the next car. Unbelievable! I’ll never go back to this Tire Choice. So unprofessional.

I had a 930 a.m. appt. on Friday, it is now 5pm Sunday and I just got my car back. But mind you, I only got it back because I had to repeatedly call them for status updates. And needless to say, they never even got around to reparing it. I am so frustrated. An entire weekend wasted and car still not fixed!

Lied to my face about having rotated my tires. They did not do it. I have different brands in the front and back and when I picked up my car they had not been moved. When I complained they took the car back to do the rotation meaning I had to wait longer for a service that was supposed to have already been completed. I don’t know if the mechanic lied to the front desk or the front desk lied to me, but either way it’s unacceptable and I will not be back.

If I could leave a zero based off today I would. I don't even begin to express the frustration I have and excuses I am getting. This place has gone downhill. I called yesterday they told me they were busy and to set an appointment so I could get it done. I did. They have had my car since open and they haven't even touched it. Nor did they have the common decency to call me and tell me they couldn't do it. Now, here I am, without my car done and they just expect that I can leave it another day. I am appalled, and now I have to take a day off work to get work done on my car that I thought was getting done. There were 2 cars ahead of me...without appointments. What is the excuse for the 7 hours they had my car and did NOTHING. Pretty sure they just expected to keep my car over night without as much as a peep from them. Don't take any cars from people if you do not have any staff to do any work. Since that is what you claim. Clearly there is a problem if you can't keep employees.

Ok service. Thank you for being nice. But, it had to be returned. Almost stranded on HW in 117 degree heat due to their 1300 dollar mistake. Car still rattles as well. Sucks not being able to just do it myself. Argh

Friendly staff that helped me locate a replacement battery for my car. Unfortunately, they didn’t have one in stock but allowed me to go get one myself and bring it in and pay for labor. The gentleman at the front desk Robert was very helpful and the technician that completed the service was kind and help bring out the old battery to my car. Only frustrating part was that they only had one service man on shift when I arrived so it took a while to get the service completed.

I was traveling from out of state to visit my dad before he passed away. They were able to address the vibration my car was experiencing and got me back on the road in no time! I appreciated their extra care!!!

I would not trust these guys every again!!! I should not have to bring my vehicle back for the brakes to be fixed three times!!! Seriously, at this point, it appears to be gross negligence! I don't know if it's a lack of training or just gross incompetence. I just want sound breaks that I can depend on and at this point, I don't think I'm asking too much.

Making an appointment means nothing. I had an appointment for 11 am and was still sitting there at 1 pm. Had I known that my appointment time was irrelevant, I would have made arrangements to have someone pick me up.

Bought 4 new tires, they tried to only install 2 and keep the others. Had to call and go back a second time for the tires and service I paid for the first time. Then asked them to put my existing rear tires in my trunk since they were in excellent shape, those were also stolen. And yes, that's the way I see it, they were stolen. Luckily I double check their work and noticed immediately they tried to keep 2 of the brand new tires. But still lost hundreds of dollars by having my existing rear tires stolen. I also mentioned clanking and wobbling after an alignment done by them. Found this today (look at photos) Update August 14th 2024: Went to repair the spring myself today and noticed that they have stripped 2 of the bolts for my driver side front tire. Now, I have tried and cannot even remove the tire in order to repair the strut myself.

You can’t trust anyone anywhere. Paid for a service I never received, and pretty much got lied to. Took to another local shop and they did what I needed just fine: all would be okay if they told me and not me have to get out of them what really happened. Won’t be back

Had tires installed and balanced also had alignment done. I now have a vibration, took back twice and still vibrates. So now I will pay someone else to fix it.

I walked in need of a new battery. I was out in less than an hour. Everyone was polite and friendly. I will return for future car maintenance.

Normally I dont leave reviews unless its a really bad experience but this isnt the scenario. Went to get my A/C fixed & the customer service was great for the both days I came in for the estimate and to actually get the service done. An older gentleman with glasses helped me out and was so friendly ( I did not get his name :(). I definitely will be recommending family & friends to this auto shop. A/C is blowing cool again✅ Thank you for the service!!
