Everyone who used to work here is gone. The manager and the 2 main technicians who have been there forever, at least the 7 years I was coming here, have shifted to another company. I’m glad that I’ve been able locate where they went because I want to continue to do business with them. There aren’t any top quality technicians left here and I only trust them to work on me and my families vehicles. I know they moved to a company called Tire Works on Blue Diamond Road and Durango Drive. All 3 of them are there now. It’s a shame that they felt the need to change companies but I’m sure that they had their reasons.

Got new tires here. They also Said I had a stripped bolt that needed to be replaced. They Charged me to replace it, then stripped another bolt (or did not replace it themselves).

I had my tires balanced. The staff were really friendly and informative, even bringing weights up to show me when I asked what balancing actually was!! I enjoyed the experience more than I think is typical when getting vehicle maintenance done. 😆

Went in because I had a flat tire. They fixed it in less than twenty minutes! Taylor helped us out immediately and was very nice and courteous to my family and I. Will continue to come back here!

Wife’s car had a flat tire. She had to be somewhere quickly. Went in and talked to Taylor. He told me to pull it around and had it fixed in fifteen minutes! Awesome service and will definitely come back!

I recently had my Goodyear Wrangler tires installed and a motor mount replaced at Tire Choice & Auto, and I’m thrilled with the experience. I've been getting my oil changes for a while now and for the most part they are fast! This last time around i told them my coolant was low and they actually did say my coolant was low but not to worry they would add some ! I'm driving my truck today and it's overheating, I open the hood and it has no coolant ! I'm driving around thinking and trusting it had coolant ! I pulled over and my husband came to the rescue but that definitely could have been avoided! So I'm very disappointed at them ! Don't know if I will be going back

Can I give them six stars?! Scott and his crew do a great job. Over almost 7 years and 4 different vehicles, many different services and some tires. Always pleased with the work and how we are treated as customers. 100% recommend them to anyone who needs great automotive work done on their vehicle.

After talking and him explaining thoroughly what is needed and necessary for my vehicle to be at par, I felt safe and secured because I found a very honest trustworthy person in you Sir Taylor and you definitely have a lot of knowledge; in addition, of course a crew who knows how a job is done with excellence. Managed by Scott, the location manager who is willing to help and even offered another way of payment through a financing program was so helpful. He was so confident that he made sure all work is done at the highest level and 100 percent customer satisfaction. I found a place for my vehicle to last for a long long time. Thank you all! You are the best!

Mis diagnosed my van, first thousand didn't fix anything after loosing a day pay and 5 hour wait. 2nd day returned with over heated engine again. Was told the new parts put in were faulty. I told them to check the water pump and that was issue. Lost 2nd work day due to waiting for repair. What pissed me off the manager said the broken water pump happend between 6pm and 9am when I went to work. I don't care for lie excuses. $1000 in unneeded replacement parts, time, job, lies... Not happy

Took my car in for scheduled maintenance. The work was done by the time promised (I waited for it) and at a good price. The store staff is very helpful and friendly.
