After having my alignment performed, I noticed that my steering wheel appears noticeably straighter. However, when I drive with the wheel centered, the car consistently drifts slightly to the right. Additionally, if I momentarily release the steering wheel while it’s centered in the middle, it begins to steer to the left on its own. Based on these observations, it seems likely that the car’s angle sensor wasn’t properly zeroed or reset during the alignment process.

On 1/17 I brought my 2021 jeep Cherokee in and said I needed the 30,000 maintenance required. I went there because I thought I could trust them since I am a woman. They charged me 119 and I said ok but I need the 30,000 service. 2 of your workers said it was done and your slip says it was for brake fluid exchange. After a week the dealership called and said I needed the 30,000 done. I told them I did. They said that the 30,000 is Brake fluid, engine coolant and transmission fluid. So my car would have gone thousands over the service because I didn't get the proper work done. I was more hurt because I had been there before and bought tires and had work done. Now I have to take and get the full 30k done.

Tim, the manager, is THE BEST!!! Twice now, he has helped me figure out what tire I needed over the phone, ordered and installed all within a few hours!!! Thank you for being super knowledgeable and willing to answer my silly questions!!

We have been customers of this Superior Goodyear store for many years, the team here are very honest, cost effective, supportive, and Knowledgeable... we will continue using them for Oil changes to any major work, which is needed to keep our vehicles in perfect working order... Thanks Guys! VM

Went in shop to have two tires mounted employee came in explained them what I needed done , acted like he was too busy to help. He then walked out to shop and stood outside and left me standing in waiting room. It’s insane when it was Bruce Sher tire Goodyear they made the customer feel important. I hate to do reviews like this, but being I was a Goodyear Employee for 20 years , this isn’t the way it’s done guys!! You need to represent the brand at all times

I had a flat tire on my way to take my daughter to school. Before any shops were open my son slapped on a spare and we made it to Tire Choice. As soon as we got there, we were greeted by their service tech who understood our situation and helped us right away. He took a look at my car and within minutes he had ordered my tires and told me that everything would be taken care of before the end of the day and he’d call when it would be done. And I was put at ease at how helpful he was. Thank you for helping me out - 10 out of 10!!!!

Dont take your car here they will get you even when your car doesnt need work! Asked for a alignment check. Was told they did the work. But couldnt show me the work they did. Car still pulls

My best friend suggested this place because they are honest and fast. John was great and very accommodating. I was in and out of there quickly. The guy that checks you in and out was super nice to. I will be returning there again for future oil changes.

I came in a little bit close to closing, and they still squeezed me in and got me in and out in less than 30 mins with an oil change and tire rotation. Brent was very helpful and upfront with any additional issues. Definitely will return!

I was in a bind with a giant nail in my tire. Tire was flatter than my hair in the Vegas heat. Tire Choice was honestly the closest and only open shop I found. Called and Tim helped locate the tire I needed because he didn't have it on hand. He made me a promise that if I got the wheel to him before 6.30 pm, he would have it done. And he did! I had zero downtime thanks to Tim and his crew. I used to religiously go to Discount Tire, but I think I'm changing my mind thanks to Tire Choice's quick service and problem solving!

My tire had a nail in it and needed to be fixed. Took it there and they fixed it in less than an hour easy breezy great job. I also brought it there before 2 years prior for the same thing, so five stars from me.

Tim is the branch manager here and I followed him from his other location on rainbow, he is honest, reliable, down to earth and great personality. I have never had major issues with my 2015 camry and it still drives brand new thanks to Tim and the crew at tire choice. He makes you feel like family, I will never take my car anywhere else for maintenance. Thanks Tim, keep up the hard work
