I chose to go to Tire Choice because of all the great reviews I read that said how great “Frank” was. Boy was I not disappointed!! Super great customer service and didn’t charge me for anything I didn’t need. I came in for a tire balancing because I bought new tires at a competitor (D*sc*^nt T’res). They claim to guarantee their balancing when you buy tires with them. Long story short, according to them, my tires couldn’t be more balanced. Best balance I’ve seen in my short career, as every one that worked there was under 30. Never been balancer! Frank’s team found 2 tire that were way off and caused all my shimmy’s and vibrations. Thank you Frank. I am a customer for life with my tires and I will be sending you more people with Tesla’s your way.

BEWARE of this RIP-OFF COMPANY Went for an oil change for $100. And that's all they did, checked nothing else 😡 I asked them after the oil change to check for a water leak. They found a top radiator hose leaking at the thermostat housing. Quoted $500+ to repair. I said that was ridiculous and left. I went to Auto Zone and purchased a new hose and thermostat housing with thermostat, new hose clamps, and a gallon of antifreeze. $90 Went home, and from the time I raised the hood until the repair was finished it took 30 minutes. (Screwdriver and a 10mm socket) What a rip-off that company is. I will never go back to them and suggest that no one else does.

I get a lot of different type of car work done here as it is so close to my house. From simple oil changes to brakes, to tires- they do pretty much do everything and do it well. The service manager Phillip has always been accommodating.

I was visiting from Los Angeles and had an urgent need for a tire shop after getting a nail in my tire. Thankfully, I met Frank Pangelinan and Philip Arias, who were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They gave me excellent advice on how to handle the situation, all without charging a dime. They even provided a complimentary spare tire change. I highly recommend this place, and if I’m ever in Las Vegas again, I know exactly where to go. A big thank you to Frank, Philip, and the entire Tire Choice team!

Went in for a brake repair. I drive a Volkswagen, and european cars are known for having soft rotors. So I suggested replacing rather than resurfacing. The shop agreed and I left my vehicle for the night. I got a call in the morning saying that they actually think they can resurface it. Sure, you’re the mechanic. When I got my car back I was welcomed with an airbag warning that wasn’t there before and was informed my battery died overnight. I had no battery problems before this as well, since the year of my vehicle is 2021. They gave me no explanation as to why I now have disabled airbags, or why they had to jumpstart my car the next day. After that ordeal I drive away and immediately feel my brakes are grinding like they did before. I know why, there’s a massive gash in my rotor from a rock a while back. If the rotor was replaced then this issue would have been resolved. But this shops “expertise” steered me wrong. I can only assume they grossly mishandled my car based on the state of it. My entire center console was rearranged. 600 dollars to make my car worse off. This shop is an embarrassment to the auto repair industry.

Appointments are kind of useless here. I booked appointments on 2 different days, and on both days, they were not able to see me due to either tech calling off or they have to many cars in waiting. Ray at the counter was very friendly, but having to change my appointments on 2 occasions is not good for me.

Called to make an appointment and was scheduled for 5:30pm after making an appointment I received a call from Phil stating that they had no more appointments for the day and that he need to reschedule me for another day. I was rescheduled for 7:30am the following day. I showed up to my appointment on time and was told that they had no techs at 7:30am and that they wouldn’t be arriving until 8:30am. I explained to the counter attendant that Phil told me to arrive at 7:30am and he confirmed that I had an appointment. If I could give them no stars I would but there’s no option. Scheduler and location are not on the same page and the store opens at 7:30am with no technician available until an hour later that’s insane.

Made an appointment over the telephone to repair tire with nail and put back on car. Honda Accord 2022. Hubby drives down with spare on car for appointment and they tell him all of their tire machines are broken. Apparently their call center is in the Philippines. Terrible!!!’

We were on a trip when our tire blew out on the way back. Many tire shops were closed, and Tire Choice was about to close as well. However, they were very patient and provided us with quick and thorough service. We are very grateful.
