The latch on my hood malfunctioned while driving home. By the time I made it to the shop, it was close to closing time. But your service person was still willing to look at it and help me get it closed. He even took the time to show me a few ways to make sure it didn't happen again. Excellent service and very kind. Not something you always find at the end of a long day. It was much appreciated by a scared driver. Thank you!

Went for an oil change. Andrew Adair assisted me with a problem with my engine. Took pictures and documented what it appeared when I came in. Went back to my previous garage who corrected their mistake at no cost. Staff quick, professional and improved my gas mileage after oil change and tire rotation. I will be back.

Brought my 2016 BMW 535i drive and the service was impeccable. They installed the battery for me with ease and simplicity. All the service technicians were kind and very informative. I haven't been home to Columbus Ohio in over three years and they reminded me of just how great the State of Ohio is and the people.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I got there for an oil change Saturday. I was also aware of some other work that needed done and they were able to inspect and take photos to share and explain on great detail. I chose to go ahead and let them do the work that day and I can't say I've ever been shown so much love at a mechanic shop. I highly recommend these guys being under new management Andre and Mike will take good care of you!

Left feeling very belittled and unheard. I had to tow my car across town to the dealership just for them to fix it properly. It was a simple oil change and my engine air filter needed flipped around. I kept trying to advocate for myself but they did not listen to me. Something that took Mitsubishi 10 seconds to do, they refused to listen and kept trying to tell me I was wrong and that it just “sounds like that”. I know my car and it DID NOT SOUND LIKE THAT BEFORE my arrival.

Mike and Andre were very helpful i told them my budget for tires and they kept it under my budget. i let them know i was hesitant to come because of the bad reviews but they just recently got new management so things are much better around here. Never judge a book by its cover. this is a great place for tires of all different prices.

When you think of a tire shop, you think their only services would involve items only relevant to tires or the suspension. Not here. They have a master tech on duty, Dre. He does it all. He can diagnose other issues with your car and have you up and running with a fair turnaround time. I highly recommend checking them out!

Great customer service, all I needed was an oil change and they walked me through how I also got a free tire rotation and maintenance check so I definitely appreciate that and helped me find a coupon for a discount on the oil change. They didn’t have to do that but I’ll definitely be going back and they fit me in quick! Also I appreciate how clean it is inside

This location was fast, friendly, and with how late they operate just fantastic for my work schedule. There was a small issue with a tire I brought in myself and Andre took care of me the very next day I brought it back in. My cars handling the roads so much better. Will definitely be returning for my next bit of work.

Wow! Pulled up for my 5:30 PM appt. to have my brake pads replaced, just to be told that the "Master Tech" who does the brakes left at 5, and that the manager was out to lunch, and that that the didn't have the pads in stock anyway. I had an appointment, they had my phone # and email. Wow, definitely won't be back, is it possible to give 0 stars?

I am very new driver and that day x happened for the first time, my tire went flat!! I arrived to this service shop with my huge bag of panic and spare tire. but thanks to professionals i left with so much confidence not only because i got my tire repaired and installed back, i got bunch of new information on how this very significant part of our vehicles work and of course knowing i have now place to knock on the doors in case i will face any other issues in future(no i am not manifesting 🤣) thanks guys for your fast and clean service!

This place is a scam. How is it “open” from 9am, with an appointment for me at 11:30am, but be completely empty, locked, and dark when I drive up? When I called to complain, I was told I can be rescheduled for another location— (1) why would I trust that the next location is actually open? First your service manager was helping an imaginary customer (again, the location is empty), and now they’re “not available”— who’s to say this location has a service manager that even exists? (2) In what car will I get to this new location? I’m here waiting for y’all to fix it so I can drive in the first place! If I could give no stars, I would.

Very poorly ran location on Worthington Galena . $130 for an oil change BTW and 1.5 hours with an appointment. I feel sorry for the guy that was trying to do his best with on one there to help.

Wouldn’t ever recommend this location , terrible store manager. Luke prince is his name , but the technician that helped me with my oil change Pete was very kind.

Overall Managers & representatives like Tom are the reason why I'm a loyal customer of Monroe Muffler. He gave such a caring perspective and was very sincere in his advice. 6/24/19 Also another reason why this is the best location in the area is because last time I got a oil change on my Nissan, the Manager Brandon did a full inspection & recognized the need for my vehicle to need updated tires and it's because of him I feel comfortable driving with Monroe Managers who sincerely look out for the better treatment of your vehicle at a affordable price. He treated me fairly and gave me the best possible options to take care of my Nissan. Thanks Monroe & thank you Brandon! 7/2/20 Once again a special thanks to the Tire Choice Auto Service Center today. I walked in to get my brakes inspected and the Manager Brandon gave me a excellent recommendation to ensure I'm driving safely on the rode. Aware of my situation he did his best to provide superior customer service and gave me a opportunity to get the work done. Thanks for putting a hard working team at this location.

They patched a hole in my tire (caused by a nail). Not my first time there, and they're always quick, efficient, and friendly. And their prices are very reasonable.

No tires on site. Let you wait all day for your appointment and then when you get there tell you they dont carry the size. To nake the appointment you got to add car and tire size.

Owner is awesome. The staff is very helpful. Very well organized facility, clean maintained And respected by staff. Staff is also knowledgeable. On maintenance needed and Will explain the why behind the reason for suggesting a type of service. Great prices

After going to two different places to get my flat tire plugged and getting every ridiculous run around, this Tire Choice got it fixed no problem! Beyond that they were able to confirm that the previous two places were trying to scam me. Thank you for your honesty and not trying to play me for an idiot.
