I had 4 new tires put on and front and back brake pads replaced. Howard was mechanic and Anthony was front desk clerk. They both were very explanatory to my questions and concerns. The job was done pretty timely. If all goes well from this point on, I am a very satisfied customer. I would return to this auto shop for future needs and recommend their services.

After about 3 different shops trying to fix my truck I have found where I will be coming to get work done on my truck. Howard you are the best ! If you want someone that knows what they are doing, this is where you need to be!

Anthony and Bernie were great,,, they tried to help me all they could unlike Avis was actually failing them after Avis sent me,, cost me alot of gas and time for( Avis Was tge failure)tire choice is great..

Anthony helped me out tremendously with my wheel alignment. Was able to set an appointment right before they closed, and they got done fast. If you want fast and excellent service, would recommend anyone to check this place out!

It was a great experience they were fast and efficient and were very responsive and helpful and as a military veteran they made sure they gave us a good discount which made it a lot more affordable and even waited for me despite me being 15 minutes late to my appointment

I just returned from visiting store #0485. I have never seen such kind people ever. I got there at almost closing time. The young man Kaleb West did not have a tire to fit my car but found one at another store. He went and picked up a tire and brought it back, a young man E. West stayed over to help with my tire. These 2 men are exceptional. Tire Choice is so fortunate to have these young men working for the company. I will definitely come back.

Made an appointment on a Sunday at 1pm. Drove 20mins and it was closed. Call back to customer service and got transfer to N High St location, drove another 15mins and was told they are fully booked! What a shame.

Misleading prices online by $50, made an appointment online said $199.50 final price. I arrive to be told it’ll be $250

Booked a 9:30am appointment the evening before, which I received an appointment confirmation for, and no one was there when I arrived. I called and spoke to a customer service agent and they said they'd let the store manager know. I waited until 10am and still no one showed up to open the store. Now I'm scrambling to find somewhere that can help me on a Sunday so I can make it to work tomorrow.

Worst customer service ever. People there are rude and unprofessional. The one dude was aggressive the moment I walked in. 15 minutes after I was there (I was the only customer there, no surprise!) three of them were hanging out on their phones doing nothing and the forth guy went shopping for drinks and none of them touched the car. Waste of time.

Great company with honest staff Edit: 6-6-24 -Tried to drop off the car at 7:30am, but they opened a bit late. Elijah, who is a tech at Tire Choice arrived before opening. I explained the issue to him about a tire on the vehicle and left the keys in the drop box to go for a run. Came back and Elijah had plugged the tire that had a nail in it. Great service, and thanks to Elijah!

I have seen this location go under different company names & managers over the past 10 years. The service seemed to get progressively worse, so I quit going there a couple years back. I needed quick help one day about 6 months ago, & was totally impressed with the help I received. The new manager is Bryan Bickham, & he & his staff were helpful, courteous, & quick! I have been there twice since & have not been disappointed.

Don't go here unless you feel like listening to the constant sound of motorcycles revving, not even ones that are being worked on just employees or their friends sitting in the parking lot constantly making noise

Don’t go to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers. Rude. Made appointment last night online showed up 10 minutes early at 8:20 on Bethel Road and mechanic wasn’t in store. I called store number and he came out and first words to me were “you’re rude”. Went down from there. No one doing anything and at 9:15 still had not moved my car in. I asked for my keys to go elsewhere and his only words were “cool”. I wouldn’t let Tirechoice touch my car ever again and until today they were friendly and quick and efficient

I am done with Tire Choice. I spent $1,400 on 4 new tires, alignment, warranty and rear brakes. The car drives worse than when i brought it to them. When i picked the car up it had a low air-pressure light which has never happened before. I questioned them about this. They said it was fine and would turn off. I took the car out on the highway and above 65mph the steering wheel shakes, then the whole car shakes to the point my kids don't like riding in my car. I brough it back they said it just needed air and it had no issues. I left for vacation the next day and turned around 2 hours into the drive because it was shaking so badly. Again they said it was fine. I just returned for my 4th visit a month later and they are still trying to say that my brand new tires just need more air and that will fix all my problems. The low sensor light is still on and the car still shakes on the highway. Their final suggestion without even looking under the car is that maybe my suspension needs work and i should go have that looked at a different shop. Their final fix for the sensors is that i should go order my own new sensors.

I made an appointment on the website at 2 a.m., dropped the car off at around 11 a.m., and they completed the diagnosis at 2 p.m. Their service is very friendly, and the repairs are high quality, fast, and cheap. Highly recommended
