Absolutely horrible. Do not go here. Cut a tire on highway. Out of convenience I came here to have tire checked over and spare tire checked as well. Got in at 1130am. Van didn’t go into bay until 145pm. If I could give them a more negative review. I would. Stay away. The sign literally has tire in it and I couldn’t get a tire repaired in under an hour. Shut the doors on this waste of a business.

I came in with a Groupon for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation. When they completed my vehicle, the same tire with the same low psi was on the same place on my vehicle. They lied about completing a tire rotation. When I called back in before leaving the parking lot, I was told to come back tomorrow and they would do the tire rotation. I did not trust them to return, because if they would lie about that, I don’t know what else they would do to my vehicle. The guy working the front desk was very polite. I assume the mechanics thought I wouldn’t realize that they were trying to get one over on me because I was a woman.

Broke down on highway and had vehicle towed to this location. Being from out of town I was at their mercy for repair. The manager Steve gave me his word everything would be fixed as soon as possible. Technician ran into a problem when installing new part as one of the bolts broke off when tightening. It caused a huge delay in getting the vehicle fixed but I must say they stayed well after closing time until it was done. If I wrote this review right away I may have been more critical however in retrospect sometimes things happen outside of their control. The best analysis of a business isn’t always when things go great. It’s when things don’t go well and what happens next. They came through on their end. Props on their end for caring for their customers enough to put themselves in your shoes. I would recommend them without reservation.

I purchased an alignment on Groupon and called prior to purchasing just to make sure that we could receive an alignment within the desired time and was told yes and prompted to get us on the schedule. We initially scheduled at the Greenlawn Drive location in SC. I have an infant so called just to confirm things prior to leaving because the commute to the location was going to take a while and was confirmed that they could assist. I arrived and was told their machines were down. I then asked about the other location,because we needed our vehicle aligned prior to travel. I called and asked the representative if they could connect me to the actual location so that I could confirm because it was going to take me another 25-30 minutes to travel there. I spoke to Stephen the manager at Dutch Square Blvd. and he told me to come on over and he would see that I was taken care of and was apologetic. I arrived and shortly later Stephen left and there was one mechanic in the shop. Around 6:00pm he placed my car on the lift. He then came in and he and the front desk representative who was a female told me that he was unable to perform the alignment because the machine was not calibrating. Told me to bring it back the next day. This was on Thursday. My husband called the next morning which was Friday and spoke with Stephen and he apologized and told him to bring it back and he would see that it was taken care of. He took off work early to take the vehicle there. He spoke with Stephen upon arrival and he said his tech would take care of him he had to go put out a fire at another store so had to leave. The technician came in about 10-15 minutes later and said he was tired and going home and told the front desk representative to tell my husband to come back the next day. He also mentioned he wasn’t even comfortable with Mercedes. Unfortunately, we were unable to get the alignment file travel and had to drive another vehicle. Earlier the next week I called and spoke with Stephen and told him about what had occurred. He apologized again and asked if we could bring it back when he is in shop so my husband took it Saturday Morning and the technician that was there was very knowledgeable about Mercedes. If we hadn’t purchased the services prior we most definitely would’ve not considered bringing back and took our services else where. However, we are grateful for the gentleman who assisted us in the end.

Amazing auto service center. I’ve been going on and off here for years and my experiences have all been 5 star experiences. Professional, thorough honest and fair are the best words to describe this wonderful place. I escaped western NC after Helene and had to cross over boulder roads and washed out streets. They inspected and repaired my car with such kindness, ease and thoroughness inspecting everything that could have been damaged. Don’t hesitate to take your car here.

This place is great. Had to purchase a battery 2 years ago on a holiday weekend and was well taken care of back then. Today that battery failed and I was given a new battery (no charge) because it was still under warranty. Honest, professional and courteous the whole time. I recommend them highly.

My wife had a blow out on the interstate and was able to limp it in to Tire Choice at 6:45pm and they close at 7 pm a Friday. The kind folks took it right in and got her back on the road. Extremely grateful and will be referring to anyone in need.

Had a weight come of my tire while traveling with my wife and dogs on the 4th. These guys took us in immediately and very accommodating with my dogs! Solid guys that work there and worked swiftly.
