My appt was at 1030am I got there at 915am. A customer came in and was taken care of before me. For just an oil change, I was there until 130pm. Tech was so interested in talking to the customer before me that he didn't realize the leak he told me about was from a nail. He didn't inform me about my air filters. I'm wondering if he did the job correctly. There equipment didn't work. I would not have him touch my car. Go somewhere else. This place is a S.S. and I'm pretty sure you know what I'm saying. The gentleman at the desk was very kind and knowledgeable. He was shocked that the tech didn't see the nail in my tire. My husband was so upset 😡

Stewart and all of the staff were very courteous and professional and explained everything very well and answered my questions very well. I never felt pressured into anything which will bring me back.

Man they are full of crap got the oil change on Groupon for $39 and had to pay another $60 in the shop. And they have new mechanics every time.

I bought a $39 Groupon and they wanted to charge me an additional $65 for an oil change. The tech told me I had to pay for labor and 4 additional quarts of oil. He said my car needed 9 quarts of oil! I told him no it only needs 6 total and I asked him to honor my Groupon as described and he did not without demanding that I pay the extra fees. So I left and went to another establishment that treated me better and gave me the service that I needed and honored their discount without a fuss or disrespect of lying to me. I hope he treats the women in his life better than he treated a widow like me!

Great auto shop to bring your car for any repairs. Quick service, very efficient and prices are reasonable. Best place to get an oil change. Techs are very knowledgeable.

I have a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation. When presented the bill I said that the tires were not rotated. I was told that they do not rotate the tires unless they see tread variation. Well, I have my tires rotated to keep tread wear even. You fooled me once but in the future I will be going to a more trustworthy store.

Ordered tires and made appointment for installation at 8am today. Showed up for appointment and store is closed. This is unacceptable wish I could give 0 stars.

John & his team are GOOD HONEST people. Just had an oil change with them. Car inspection done and no hassling of ANY kind. They give you a rundown and it's up to YOU as a car owner to take their advice or not. They respected my decisions. Customer Service and professionalism 15/10. The employees was helpful and truthful with us. They was professional and polite. Took my car in got an oil change, air filter change and rear tires. They mechanic even showed me why I needed breakes he een explained it so I could understand. I will be bringing my vehicle as well as my family until they give us a reason not too.

Went to get my oil changed had someone greet me at the front and was very helpful. Had the car in and out in fifteen minutes would definitely recommend and will be back.

Blew a tire on the way home from work and took it here to get it fixed. Within 2 hours I had my original tire patched, and only paid $25. They worked hard to get me an affordable price and were very friendly to me while I waited. April is amazing and a wonderful addition to their team! I just left the Tire Choice on Greenlawn Drive Columbia, South Carolina. I know the shop closes a 7:00; however, I have stopped in to have my brakes looked at around 5:45. I pretty much was turn around at the door because they only had one person at that location working. I feel like that is horrible to have only one person working stalls and front desk. The young man could have been telling me a tale but he mentioned he been by himself since 2:00. Needless to say I left and went to another competitor, and canceled my appointment I had scheduled for Saturday.

I was promised a full refund for services that caused me extra repairs at the Chevy dealership. My valve cover was supposed to be replaced and was not replaced the first time. After returning I was told by Matt that I'd be contacted by their regional manager and never was contacted. Cody and Matt supposedly submitted a refund request in their system and gave me a print out stating I should receive my refund in no more than a week and it has now been over a month without any refund. I have reached out to them directly several times for an update on my refund and I'm getting the run around. I was told a check would be mailed to me but I paid in cash and am being told they can't refund me in cash because they don't keep that much money in the register. I have been more than patient and am now on the verge of going through the BBB for my refund to be processed and received indefinitely. $700+ is too much money to not be willing to do more to ensure I get my refund in a timely manner.

Tbh the guy was nice, but what I don’t understand it’s how my rate was from $106 (online after fees and estimated taxes) to $147 in store price when y’all gave me a price online with a 41 dollar difference. The price for the single tire was $75. It makes no sense at all. It was disappointing.

Through the time my vehicle was at the garners ferry location the communication has been off and I have a few issues for one my oil light is still on for another oil change. Also I spoke with Cody and he informed that he would get rid of the acid build up around my battery post. Also would get rid of the grime and oil from my engine bay. The acid build up is still there and my engine bay is still covered in sludge and grime. I've take pictures before the service has been done and everything looks the same. I am highly disappointed and do not recommend get service at this location.

Great service ! We had to look for a tire replacement very last minute. The appointment to get the tire looked at was made in less than 30 minutes. We were visiting and had to leave the next day but they were able to get us a tire first thing the next morning. Although there was a delay we still were able to get worked into their schedule. Overall great service and attitude !

I've had my cars service here in the past and received good service but recently, my mom had her car here and was told day after day that it would be fixed. After I've a week they could not fix it. The communication here is terrible. Also the employee was sleep during business hours and I have a picture of him.

Made a relatively last minute appointment that was honored quickly and professionally. I was in and out with a tire replacement in about 45 min. Very affordable and polite staff.
