Tire choice on Glenwood have a great crew working there, I bought a whole set of tires for my truck three months ago, got a screw in the side wall, so that tire was non-usable, my tired damage warranty that was included when I bought my four tires covered the whole bill, $38 compared to $450 if I didn’t have the warranty that came with it, honest and true professionals working there.

I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. This establishment made the decision to not rotate my tires because the tech said I didn't need it.. but however I never one time said they could make a decision for me. Brad told me that oh sorry that was not communicated with you. I believe I was treated like this bcuz I'm a Women. Personally I would highly suggest not doing business with this establishment since they can't even honor a Groupon. Not to mention they are not very considerate of customers cars there was oil all over the side of my door on the inside.

Next morning, had a flat tire, luckily I don't live far away. Took it back it was a defective valve stem they replaced/fixed the issue and apologized. Wasn't very impressed with the lack of quality control/check and driving with a flat tire the day after purchasing new tires. Thankfully I didn't drive very far and no damage was done. Customer service was good no hassle besides having to return to have it fixed, just a bit frustrated was not happy my brand new tires well one of them was flat in less than 24 hours.

The customer service and work quality here is outstanding. Brought a set of wheels, tires and sensors for mounting and balancing earlier today. Brad was able to squeeze the work in while I ran some errands and had it done in no time. His team was thorough and even considerate in how they helped unload and load the wheels into my SUV - taking extra caution to avoid causing any damage or get anything dirty. Everyone there worked like a proper team, very hands on and willing to help one another out. There’s no standing around at this shop. Big kudos to their professionalism, competitive pricing and the genuine care they put into their work. Thank you!

Tire Choice on Glenwood is a great choice for your tires. We had a ski day planned at bogus and a little way up the mountain I realized that my tires were definitely not cutting it. We were all disappointed because it was a holiday and I knew it would be hard to figure out a solution. Tire choice was open and they even tried to expedite our tire change so we could get up to the mountain in time. Brad was super helpful as well as the techs. All around great shop! Super grateful.

My son got his license and a used Prius. I called Brad to baseline the car with an oil change check the tires and safety checks. Brad got us in same day love working with Brad and this tire store through 3 different tire store names and owners eras at the same location!!!

Super professional and efficient. I was nervous about going to get my tire fixed because I don’t know a lot about cars and tires. They were so kind and patient with me when I was explaining my tire situation. I will always go here from now on and highly recommend to any and everybody!

The guy at the front was funny and personable and he built a quick rapport with the people coming in the door. Because of that little bit of entertainment and humor I would go back to do further business and would also recommend others.

The team at the Boise tire choice store on Glenwood Avenue are absolute straight up mechanics to amazing work, very professional, they completely covered the cost on one of our repairs that happened because of mistake they had made some time earlier which almost never happens. It was just a freak occurrence, but they gladly covered the entire charge of the repair. These guys are the best you can go to them in confidence!

I had a screw in my tire and was rolling around on my donut. I walked in to have my tire repaired or replaced, if needed. The gentleman at the counter said it would be about an hour maybe longer because they were booked. As I was walking away from the storefront, the technician came out and took my car in the bay. I received a call about 30 minutes later stating my car was ready. I was so happy that it was completed sooner than originally described. The technician explained he was able to squeeze it in in between appointments. I was so thankful. I had an excellent experience.

One of my tires wasn’t holding air. These guys were able to find the smallest of wires that had pierced my tire. They patched it up in no time and haven’t had any issues since.

They got me in and out very quickly both times I used them, while the neighborhood competitors told me it would be hours. They were friendly and there attention to detail was much appreciated. Give them a try!
