I had a super great experience w/ Scott and his team. Scott coached me up on tires and we ended up putting some awesome LT275/65/20 10-ply on my 20” factory Tundra rims. The tires were priced better than anywhere else, they look great and ride nicely.

I have 4 vehicles all with studded tire sets. These guys are great and keep me rolling. Last week I was on crutches and they gave me a special gift of fast service and no charge. Made my day. No shop pays it forward like these guys

I really like they have FREE air service and tire check! I feel more confident having a tire specialist fill my tires instead of me guessing at a self fill. Thank you so much for providing this service! Since the first review, I’ve been having my oil changed there regularly. They don’t have the upsell that some places have. That really builds trust!

Came here to get my daughters tire fixed today, one of the only places open on a holiday and the staff were absolutely amazing! Super friendly and extremely helpful, I was so grateful for them and will definitely continue to use their services!! Highly recommend!

Bought a new tire with them months ago. Now there’s a slow leak (rear left tire). They apparently were able to fix it after finding a slow leak in the wall. Then we had to take it to them again as the slow leak persisted . Now miraculously, that one is not leaking but magically the front right one has the exact type of leak . Awful place , they obviously swapped the tires

Every time I go there, to have any service done I’m always greeted and treated with complete professionalism. And afterwards for today for instance Scott pulled me aside even though he had a small group of people in line and went over everything that was done and what was found and gave me options to take care of what I needed too, instead of being pushy like most places I’ve went to in the past. I will give my auto business to the fine folks at tire choice on orchard in Boise ID. They truly do care about their customers and it shows! Thank you Scott & to all of the other employees who make everyone’s day better, & safer on the road.

When I bought my tires from this shop the guys behind the counter were great. Friendly and great service and went out of their way to get me the tires I wanted. Last week I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I also wanted them to inspect the right front tire because I had filled all the tires the day before and woke up to a flat right front that morning. I put this in the notes when I scheduled the appointment. When the service on my truck was completed I asked the kid behind the counter is he found a leak in that tire and he responded he did a visual inspection and didn't find anything in the tires. I said thats strange because this morning it was completely flat. I asked could in be the valve stem? He replied "could be". Never said let me grab the tool and check them. At this point I just left and since the tires were rotated I wasn't sure which tire was the problem. I bought a tire gauge and checked all the tires the next day and the right front was at 49lbs of pressure. The same tire I overfilled the day before thinking I had a leak. Which means they didn't rotate the tires like the invoice said they did. I have a coworker that worked for years in the tire service industry he brought in a tool and it was a loose valve stem. Now I need to go somewhere else and get my tires rotated since I won't be going back here again. The level of I don't care from the person behind the counter was enough to make me never go back.

We have been having our vehicles serviced here for years. They have always almost always had our vehicles done on the same day. However we have never had major work. I am really thankful they do this because I don't have the ability to take time away from my business for multiple days. I appreciate this the most and their reasonable prices.

Needed brakes checked due to grinding noise and we all know that ain’t a good sign! Came across all the way from AZ on route to Washington state when Tire Choice’s manager himself Roger Freeman found my brakes were starting to hit metal to metal. They took my car in immediately and Roger handled the situation keep in mind this was at 4pm 3 hours prior to closing. I was informed that the TEAM is willing to stay late to ensure the services were completed and that I’d get to have my car in my possession at the end of the night like I had needed. By 6pm Tire Choice had the job done! Everyone involved at the shop was efficient, effective and helpful! THANK YOU AGAIN ROGER!!!

Roger and his team took great care of me and my car! My car has been neglected and had check engine lights, old tires, and a tire about to fall off! I was told by others to cut my losses and either put in a new(used) engine or just buy a new car. Roger and his staff got me up and running efficiently again without the need of a new engine or anything crazy. Im so happy I took my other neglected vehicle in for service. Thanks you! 🥰

I like to take my car in this place wherever I need oil change every 3 months. It is great place but the only negative that I would like to mention is how the manager is yelling to his employees when he talking to them. The manager that I'm talking about is the guy who is bold and has goatee beard. He raised his voice twice to employees whe I was there and I believe The manager attitude reflects the company integrity as we all know. I think the manager would have never done that if I was an American (white American) probably he see me as foreigners so he thinks I would never report it.
