I hit a large pothole the night before, resulting in two flat tires. We were planning to go out of town the next day. It was Sunday morning and Tire Choice was open so I took a chance and dropped in. I’m glad I did. The service was friendly, efficient, and helpful. I had to buy two new tires, but the cost was reasonable and, best of all, we were able to leave town that evening.

amazing customer service. I dropped off a flat tire and was there on New Year's to pick it up. This is what I witnessed while waiting: 1. clerk patiently explaining how they were standing by their warranty and what the customer had to do. 2. clerk patiently going through multiple choices for a trailer tire. 3. offering to stay late to install the tire - on new year's eve - if it came in. 4. filling an older woman's tire oh and my flat? they fixed it and put it back on the car AND correctly put the spare back. and did not charge me a dime. the kicker, I bought the tire elsewhere. cannot say enough about the kindness and excellent service. go see them.

even after they close, josh was supposed to get off at six and still helped me at around 6:40 at night 40 minutes after his shift. Extremely nice and highly recommend to go through josh.

Great bunch of guys here. The manager Shane is a stand up guy. The crew in the back are amazing. Answered any question I had and even did a few checks I had asked about while they were under there. I’ll be back. Highly recommend.

Highly recommended Tire Choice. As a female I have been treated as if I’m dumb at other places. The fellow at the counter listen to what my concern regarding the light that came on he informed me was the tire sensor light and needed replaced. I have been here twice first for tires that another place wanted to sell me top of line tires which I did not want or need

Had a wonderful experience! We needed tires urgently on a Sunday and they got us in. When we arrived the service was excellent-they even saved us money with some deals on the tires we selected and let us know about an additional rebate offer! They went above and beyond to take care of us! As if that wasn’t enough, they gave us a great recommendation for dinner as well! Could not say enough great things about them!!

Had tires put on and the tech broke not one but two of my wheel studs off their is not point in even talking with them. They tried telling me that my truck came in missing a lugnut which was not the case and sent me on my way missing two lugnuts and two broken studs that now I have to fix because they can't take accountability hade thay just fixed it i wouldn't of had a problem i will not go back

I had a slow 2-3 pounds per week tire leak that required filling up every damn week or two. My car dealer could not find the source of the leak. After putting up with this annoyance for three months, I went to Tire Choice. Jack, the service manager was able to suggest the possible cause, and Josh, the service technician, was able to quickly verify Jack's educated guess. The leak was quickly repaired. Good work guys!

We had a flat tire while traveling to Boise. They were quick to diagnose issue, even mounted a used tire on rim to help us get home. Due to the holiday they couldn’t get us a new tire ordered in our time frame. 5 stars for Jack’s customer service.

I scheduled an alignment after replacing most of the front end parts of my truck the night before. After the alignment, the service writer noted that the inner tie rods needed replacing per the Mechanic. After requesting to speak to the Mechanic, the service writer said that he had no idea what the Mechanic was talking about. The Mechanic told me they were old and worn out. I told him they were brand new pit of the box. He started to backtrack and said they were rusty or something... and there was play, but the alignment should be fine. Two things, they were installed less than 12 hours before the alignment by myself, two, you can't properly alignment the front end if something is worn out. Is this place running a scam now? Shame, I had been taking my truck to this place since it was known as miracle tire. Now I have to find a new shop to take my business to.

I was out and about and noticed I had a screw in one of my tires. I gave them a call and they said they were working on some vehicles at the moment but could get me fixed as soon as possible. I brought the car in and within the hour they had my tire patched and good to go. Super efficient! Will return for future tire needs.

I had to have tires put on my rims very quickly. I purchased the tires from a different store but did not trust them to mount and balance them as they are notorious for doing it incorrectly. Jack was the tech that helped me and did the mounting and balancing. What an awesome job from him! My car is driving so smoothly now. Tire Choice/Goodyear on five-mile and fairview is a trusted shop!! I do all the work myself on any car that has problems because I do not trust shops around the valley. The guys here proved that they can be counted on and will not steer you wrong. Thanks everyone for helping so quickly at the end of your Friday shift💪🏻

I went in primarily to change my tires from 12-ply to 10-ply for a softer ride. My old tires still had about half their life left, so I was planning to keep them as spares or sell them. The employees were friendly and efficient, and the service itself was quick. However, I’m giving 3 stars because they damaged my old tires during the process. While they offered a minor free service to make up for it, it didn’t come close to the value I could’ve gotten by selling the tires. It also makes me wonder if the insides of the rims might have been damaged too. Time will tell I guess. Overall, the staff were good and I understand accidents happen, but I wasn’t satisfied with how they handled their mistake.

The manager blew me off and had an attitude about something that was his fault. He finally apologized at the end but I had to get the work completed somewhere else after paying for it here. Not good!

Extremely satisfied with the service here. Walked in at 10:30 on Sunday (because google said it was the only shop open) with a nail in a tire. I was welcomed upon arrival and assisted with getting in processed. My vehicle was taken into the bay right away and completed the repair in less than 30 min.

I was in a pinch early Sunday morning before a big family road and needed help. I called multiple locations to see who was open or could get us in. Not only did Shane get me in right away, but he and his team got me out the door quicker than I could have ever hoped for! If your car needs service don’t even waste your time looking elsewhere. Drop your keys off with Shane and their team will take care of you and have you out the door in no time!
