I called and made an appointment for 1:30 for an oil change. After arriving a few minutes early I was entered into the system and told it would be 30 minutes before they could get to me. After waiting 30 minutes an associate then proceeds to tell me that it will be another 2 hours minimum before they would be able to get me in. What is the point of making an appointment if they won’t honor it?!? This place has lost my buisness and I have nothing good to say about them. Very unprofessional.

Today, Staci, Store Manager and Gaige, Tech gave us Phenomenal Customer Service! They both were very Professional, Knowledgeable, Efficient, Friendly, Patient, very Hardworking and very Kind! We felt valued and cared for! They both are a great Asset to Tire Choice! They both went above and beyond in fixing our Truck. We highly recommend Tire Choice! We are very impressed with Staci, Store Manager and Gaige, Tech Exceptional Work Ethics! We will continue to always go to Tire Choice Auto Service Centers to get our vehicles fixed. This place really amazed me, I've been helping people my whole life doing charity work and at my spa that's by the Alton square mall. I've never had very many people ever offered to help me, and Michael went above and beyond it was less than an hour tremendous service! And he removed a bunch of snow and ice out of my wheel wells and that was caked up in my engine that was causing my engine to sound like it was going to blow! I've been having a really bad week and that was really stressing me out. He would above and beyond which blessed me tremendously but he deserves a raise! I even wouldn't God him a gift card to Taco Bell and if Michael ever wants a free therapy at my spot, I will give him an hour hyperbaric oxygen therapy for free for being such a wonderful soul! Michael you deserve the biggest shout out and thank you so much, andy's, and Valvoline screwed up my Jeep latitude, and I had to buy this car, so I was really scared that something was going to happen to this car and he not only helps me but he helps my depression and my stress level that's been going on for the last couple weeks because I got to see a beautiful soul that really cares about helping other people! Very rare! And I will never go anywhere else. Thank you very much to all of you.

Terrible! I just found out through my mechanic the housing bolt for my thermostat was broken during installation and that what made my car start overheating. The service here was Terrible! They lied to me and told I needed a new engine after blowing my head gasket. These people are very un professional.

Very own experienced people took then took them 6 hours to get an oil change did not tell me there were or short hand it no apologies no discounts overcharged me for the service I will never go back or recommend anybody to get there service provide to you so unprofessional my name is valladares they suck never again be careful who you deal with!!!!

Was told by NTB that i had an unfixable patch on the side wall of my tire. Took my car here for a second opinion to find out it was just a leaky valve stem. Quick service and very nice people

The manager Staci is great manager she goes above a beyond. I got a set of Cooper tires buy 3 get 1 free a free alignment plus road side assistance included for 1073. I highly recommend them.

Don't bother stopping in here. They will not stand behind a 3 year old muffler system that they installed in 2020. I paid Over $1600 and the receipt says Muffler/Parts Lifetime guarantee. They told me today that they would not honor it. Looks like the only way to deal with them is through the courts, which I told her, I would rather NOT do.The store manager needs a course in speaking to the customer....

Pathetic customer service. Called to get a tire and schedule me for 9am. Took a day off work…show up at 9am and they double booked me and then came back at 12PM. Get checked in and then state they don’t have the tire they said they had. Zero concern from the manager or the ding bat receptionist. Stay away from this pathetic business!!

Went today and got 4 new tires and the oil changed. The manager was friendly and kept me updated on progress. About 90 minutes in and out!! Liked the inspection report, as I checked out, very detailed and good information

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I bought four tires for over $700 2 weeks ago on my way home today, I noticed that the steering was wrong got out look at my tires. One of them was almost flat so I went across the street to the tire choice place. I went in told them that my tire was flat and I just bought it there two weeks ago she asked me did you make an appointment? I answered how can you make an appointment for a flat? She looked at her computer and said maybe I can fit you in tomorrow I said I’m in front of your store with a flat what am I supposed to do I have a flat can you possibly have someone look at it and air it up? She told me we didn’t have the staff for that. I said you had the staff when I purchased this. She told me she’s not gonna sit in the store and argue with me and walk away. so I was out front looking at my tire and she walked out to take care of a customer that just pulled up. I told her it’s wrong You don’t take care of your effing customers. She then told me that if I didn’t leave, she was gonna call the cops. I told her to go ahead. Maybe they can find out why my brand new tire is flat she walked away I asked for her name she wouldn’t give it and when I asked to talk to the boss she told me I am the boss this is my place so therefore there are no repercussions or anything you can do unless you take them to small claims court we don’t need these despicable businesses in Alton I’ll Don’t use this place. They may be able to put your tires on you, but they don’t honor their word or stand behind their product.

Updated review 6/25/24 Even a year later still getting great service. I was helped by Stacy today she was so courteous and professional to me and everyone who came in that needed help. They really make you feel like family. Thanks again Stacy and everyone there your awesome.

I don’t recommend this facility. Vehicle is in worse shape now than when taken in. Sounds like corporate leadership is lacking and not taking any responsibility.

I've been a loyal customer of Tire Choice Auto Service Centers for several years now, and I'm always impressed with their service. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and they always go the extra mile to make sure I'm happy. Recently, I had the pleasure of working with Tiff, and she was absolutely amazing. She was patient and understanding, and she took the time to explain everything to me in detail. She also made sure that I got the best possible price on my tires. I'm very happy with the service I received at Tire Choice Auto Service Centers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone. Tiff is a true asset to the team, and she deserves all the praise she can get.

Not happy with the hidden fees and service provided with buying a new set of tires. Asked for the spare to be replaced with one of the tires being taken off there.. they did not do that. Asked for the fluids to be checked. They didn't do that.. didn't receive an alignment printout letting me know the tires would not wear funny.. hidden fees with shops costsand didn't explain the costs of roadside.and charge me an additional tire disposable fee for a tore they didn't dispose of.

Had my new tires mounted and balanced here. they were fast friendly and did a great job ..tires are expensive it's not their fault (economy is ish rn vote better next time don't just complain)
