This shop has consistently exceeded my expectations. I've had tires patched and have recently purchased 2 full sets of tires for 2 vehicles. I was quoted a fair price and their turnaround time was really quick. I've stopped calling around to different places when I need tires.

I had the most wonderful experience at the shop! The staff is friendly, helpful and quick. I got a wonderful deal on replacing all my 4 tires and it took them 40 from me walking in the door to leaving with new tires. 10/10 recommend!

My husband and I were on our 23rd anniversary trip heading to Gatlinburg when, in Knoxville, got a flat tire due to road debris on an off ramp. We were stranded and did not know the area at all and the jack that came with our vehicle did not work properly. I called and spoke with Daniel and explained my situation. Without a moment’s hesitation he said he would send someone to help me!! I know in the town I’m from service like this doesn’t exist. Sure enough within a few minutes another gentleman arrived (I didn’t get his name) and was extremely professional and polite and helped us right away. The next day we arrived expecting to wait of our tire to be replaced and put on but, this wasn’t the case. They had already patched our tire before arriving and got us in and out within moments. I can not thank them all enough for the kindness they showed to my husband and I and the professional quality of work we received. If you live in Knoxville or are traveling there I definitely recommend them. You will not be disappointed and your faith in kindness and humanity will be restored. Thank you again to Daniel and the technicians we truly appreciate you all .

I can't say enough good things about Tire Center of Knoxville! A crazy thing happened where a kitten got stuck in the spare tire of the car and we could not get it to come out. The mechanics at the Tire Center took time out of their busy afternoon to rescue the kitten for us!

Professional customer service from Andy on the phone and in person! He told me I could actually wait to replace a couple of my tires and gave me several options to consider for the tires damaged by nails. Ibai went above and beyond by helping me set up to work remotely while I waited for Justin to replace and rotate my tires! These guys are an amazing team that I would recommend for honest and reliable service! I will be coming back!
