I had a verified appointment and had a quote for some tires. Went in and they didn't have my appointment on file or the tires it said was in stock. Ended up being double my original quote for different tires.

Very Professional Staff and Managers. The Mechanics are Excellent. Great Place to get any type of tire. Will be doing Business again. Tires got Falken WildPeak AT3W for Jeep Grand Cherokee. Thanks Guys, much Appreciated. October 31st 2020 had a tire pressure light come on Excellant and Very Professional Tire Tech found the bad TPMS sensor battery was faulty. The Whole Staff treats You like FAMILY. Highly recommended. They have My Business Always. Recently 11/20/24 Tire had big bolt in front driver tire. The Manager and Techs did a Stellar job Highly Reccomend

I called down there and asked if they would stretch a 12.50 wide tire on a 14 wide and they confidently said they would do it. We drove 45 minutes down there and unloaded it and they said they could do it so that was a waste of a trip

Set an appointment and called to check on tire availability. Was told the tires would be there the next day. Next day comes and they call and say they can't get the tires in and offer a 20% more expensive tire with 20,000 mile lower warranty.

The employees of the Tire Barn on Kingston Pike in Knoxville are FANTASTIC!! They are so helpful, kind, and professional. I previously purchased Michelin Tires from the Tire Barn. They were all weather tires, and they were great!! I also got a great price on them. When I purchased a vehicle from the Dealership recently, I asked them to put a set of tires on as part of the negotiating process. I had nothing but problems from the tires that the dealership put on. Lesson learned! Whenever I'm in the market for tires again, I will definitely choose the Tire Barn. And, I will definitely recommend the tire barn to family and friends. And when my tires are low on air, they are always so kind and helpful and put the needed air in my tires according to the Manufacturers Specifications. Tire Barn is the best!! Great service, and great prices!!

Unbelievable people. Had a tire blow on our trailer while traveling to NM. They took my husband in at 6:30 PM on a Friday night changed all 4 tires in record time and had him back on the road by 7:15. So happy we found this company , all the others we called were no help at all. Keep up the good work!! Your the best 🥇

Unfortunately we had 2 tires go flat on the road. We were trying to get home but obviously 2 flat tires puts a stop to that. I wish I could remember everyone's name who helped us. Every worker there today helped us out. They got us set up with the tires we needed for our 5th wheel. They took us without an appointment. Going off our invoice from Nov 4, thank you to A. Popp, S. Bowens, and J. Gauthier. They were all friendly, happy to assist and got us back on the road promptly!! Thank you all again so much for helping our scary situation turn out ok.
