I booked an appointment for changing all my 4 tires and the tires i selected in appointment was 295 approx plus taxes but when i been to place the guy just said to me that someone had a cash on hand so they sell that tires to other person like why the hell you guys booking appointments and what the importance of appointments in this place so unprofessional staff and they are very rude they dont know how to respect their costumers they should be sell tires on roads they don’t deserve a place lack of discipline i would have give them zero star worst place and staff i would advice you all to stay away from this place

I purchased a Groupon for an oil change. I made my appointment online and when I got there I was told they were short handed and would be 2 hours before they could get to me and was asked to come back the next day So, when I went back the same guy that I spoke with the day before acted like he never told me to come back. He says to me, I told you to come back today? I thought he was pretty rude! Then i tried to get a drink out of the pop machine and it wouldn't take my cash or a card. I will never go back again. Bad customer service!

I have always used these guys but will the manager is terrible will not ever go back there I had four used tires I needed installed and balanced I told him I always do my tire business there I’ve bought rims and tires in the past but he wanted to change me $220 to mount them I asked him why so much he said because that’s what they charge I’ve have done business with him in the past I don’t know how he’s the manager so I went across the street and got them done for $90

I have purchased almost every tire from this shop over the years. I Picked up a nail in my truck tire and another shop said that the tire needed replaced, even though it was in the tread. It was holding air so I decided to drive to the location on 31. The Tire didn’t need replaced and on top of it they patched it for free since I purchased the tires from there. Plus, they’re genuinely friendly and make you feel very welcomed. I recommend anyone who needs tires to go see them.

I stopped into discuss manufacturer warranty after have a less than stellar experience next door at Beck Toyota. Staff was super kind, went over all my options, and explained the warranty (Beck did not). Purchased new tires and will be a repeat customer for sure!

I was traveling from NWI to south-eastern Kentucky down 65 and my tire was leaking air. I tried stopping at Belle Tire right off 65 and was told I’d sit there and wait all day, so I found Tire Barn. Called before driving over and was told to come on over, they’d be quick and get it taken care of. I was in and out within 40 min. The man working up front was super welcoming and kind. The face of your business can make or break customer satisfaction, and this man was doing a great job! Unplanned detours on a road trip are not fun, so I truly appreciate the “take care of business” attitude. Keep up the good work, Tire Barn crew. If I ever find myself on the Indy area in need of tire assistance again, I’ll be back.

If I could rate it a 0, I certainly would!! I got my tire replaced from TireBarn on December 2nd and by December 29th I already had a flat. Insurance wasn’t purchased when replacing the tire ok cool. I called before I came and told him (the black manager) the situation. He said okay come to tirebarn and we will get your tire replaced. When the manager saw me pull up he was very aggressive when speaking to me about my tire and stated that I needed to get air in the tire before bringing it to him and that it isn’t their fault that my tire is the way it is. I am fully aware that the tire is damaged from driving on a flat! The gas station was further than TireBarn so it wouldn’t make sense to drive all the way to the gas station then to TireBarn, it would have looked even worse! So before the black manager talk to me again like I don’t know what I’m doing he needs to CHECK HIMSELF first. He was very aggressive and kept yelling when talking to me and did not care to hear anything I was saying he just kept saying I’m not about to argue with you. He brings me inside to get started on my car for the tire replacement and tells me the price and he sees I have a crazy look on my face and tries to make stupid jokes that aren’t even funny because he figured my mood was off assuming it was because the price came up to $158. I gave him my keys and then sat down then I got back up and asked for my keys back and said I don’t want the service for here. I drove on my FLAT TIRE AGAIN, all the way to Walmart auto center and they had the best attitudes and were very welcoming. I paid Walmart $258 and that shows you right there I never was feeling any type of way about paying the $158 for a tire ! I refuse to pay anybody to service my vehicle with a horrible and aggressive attitude! The way the black manager talks to his employees and customers is disgusting ! Rate 1 star, but really 0!! I wish I knew the managers name.

Josh was excellent. He got the tires we wanted. Had our tires changed within 30 to 40 minutes. Customer service is fantastic. We tell everyone to go to Tire Barn Warehouse and ask for Josh.

Stopped in here for the first time after purchasing an Groupon for an Oil Change. Despite stopping by at 5pm( just before they closed ), I was greeted with such kindness and helpfulness from Will and his team! The service was quick and it was such a great experience all around. 😊 I will definitely be back!!

I will never go back to Tire Barn ever again. I got a nail in my tire but it was drivable so I went to tire barn because I had done business with them previously when I bought some tires. so I get there and the manager is working the counter and I told him what was going on and he says well we got time right now to fix it and I said OK and he told me to go have a seat and they would call me when it was ready. Well I have had flats in the past. So I didn’t question it but he did not tell me up front how much it would be so I didn’t I didn’t question what’s the charge would be because normally they don’t charge you anything so my car gets done. He calls me up to the counter and I kinda laughed and I said well how much do I owe you and he lsays $50 and I kind of laughed again because I thought he was joking and he said no ma’am I’m serious is $50 i said I to plug my tire? and he said yes and so then we kind of had some words. I went ahead and paid the $50 and I was supposed to come back next week to have three more tires put on but there’s no way I’m going back there now. $50 to change a flat is totally outrageous and I think he should’ve told me upfront it was gonna be that much. L in all my years of dealing with cars I’ve never had to to pay that much. So when I got home I called Walmart and I called Belle tire and they both told me that if I had came to them it would have been free so tire barn lost my business.
