Called Around for an Allignment for my 03 Chevy Avalanche other places wanted to schedule. Tire Barn N. Michigan rd Manger answered the phone said see you at 130pm. Just gave me a time. I got there at 130. He said about 45 minutes. I was patient no hurry. I kept looking up at him thinking they would say they couldn't do it for some reason, or that I needed a part. Nope they got it done and it's driving Great now. So glad that I could count on them. Whole Staff is excellent!!!

I ordered a Groupon for service but it doesn't cover all fees which I don't understand and my battery was not installed properly, had to go back to get it tightened but the staff is courteous and they were not able to rotate my tires because they claim they couldn't get my tires off that was weird to me being it's a tire shop , I won't be back or don't recommend. They need experience mechanics

Went in needing 3 tires after having my time wasted at 3 other tire shops. The Store Manager Mike was helpful and got me in and out and got me a great deal on my tires

This place is terrible. They sell defective tires with slow leaks. I had 4 new tires and 2 tire pressure sensors replaced. I've had to take my car back 3 times. First time back the pressure varied on every tire. Second time back for one of the sensors didn't work they suppose to fix. Third time tire loses pressure every four days. Idk why I gave these people my business again. There low profile tires such and the 2 times I have replaced my tires I never get 4 working tires. I have had these tires less than 2 months and have ran over, scrapped the curve or anything. This store sucks.

I've been a Tire Barn customer since 1998. I deal with 3 locations because of their great customer service. You need tires go check out my guys at 79th and Michigan Rd. , East Washington St by Old Washington Square Mall or US 31 in Greenwood. They will get you rolling or keep you rolling. Thanks for all you guys do to keep me and my family safe on the road.

Very unprofessional customer service skills. My husband went inside to ask if one of our tires could be patched up, due to a screw puntcure. We are from out of town, so we were just inquiring about a quick fix. The gentleman running the store this morning took a look at the tire to see if he was able to do anything. He was not able to due to the tread on the tire, which is very understandable and we had no issue with. My husband just explained again that we were just trying to find a tire place to do the patch due to us living out of town and needing to make it back home. The gentleman then said "people in hell also would like ice water." That comment was very unnecessary and very unprofessional. No one even argued about not having it patched in the first place, so why make that comment? Must have been having a bad morning, but I surely hope that gentleman felt better about himself after that.

I needed 4 new tires and came in on Sat 9/7 in the am Staff working was friendly, explained the tires I would be receiving and how many miles I would get out of the tires Recomended alignment and had that done Efficient work and wait time minimal Great experience Thank You!

Called this location this morning looking for 1 tire. Guy on the phone tried selling me an alignment before even looking at the car, and wouldn’t give me an out the door price one tire. He seemed very eager to hang up, seeing as how he hung up before I was even done talking. I worked as a mechanic for 3 years. I would never try to sell a customer an alignment before even seeing the car. That’s just fishy.

I called Mike looking for a tire everyone else told me Monday or Wednesday to get. Mike was able to find it Mount and balance it and have my customer back on way in his car by 1 on Saturday

They seem to have an attitude, two people (one was the manager) raised their voice and wouldn't even try to help. They broke the center cap on the rim. Horrible customer service, would not recommend sorry to say.

Ordered tires online. Installation price was reasonable. Service was fast and courteous. Can understand how the staff may seem terse in their briefness, but they seem to be a small crew trying to provide quality work as quickly as possible; so, I was ok that they weren't eager to spend time on small talk. That said, the manager was still attentive regarding any questions and the condition of my tires. Overall, good experience and would recommend for quick, affordable tire care.

The manager at 79th and Michigan is always courteous always professional and provides excellent customer service. We buy all of our tires at this location because of his service!

Tried to overcharge me to put some tires on my car that I already had purchased. The manager or whoever he was told me 40 a tire. I called another tire barn and they did it for a 100 back and front. Makes no sense how the manager tried to get over on me like that. You definitely need to evaluate who you have working for your company.

the tire on my car kept losing air and I needed to travel for business, so I took it to Michigan road tire barn, where we usually go. The associate did not even take my car in to see what was wrong. All he said was you need 4 new tires. My car is fairly new and only has 40,000 miles on it. I took it to castleton car x. they were great. I go there for oil changes. He found a nail in my tire and fixed it for $25. He did not want me to get stranded when I traveled alone on business. He did not think I needed new tires yet.
