Great Big garage very polite and fair with pricing and these guys don’t play games they get the job done when they say they will have you done Big diesel truck ready and back on the road in a reasonable timeframe great experience my go to shop for now on just wonted to let someone else out there know where to go if you are ever in need of a job that needs repairing quick to be back on the road and done correctly I meet these guys from being in a desperate time with a load on my truck he said be at the shop at 7 am and they was on time and got my truck back in time like he said he would have it fixed to make my money great guys and shop.

I left a small dump trailer with TIMZ a month ago. They were asked to change or reinforce the spring hangers. It looks like they took on a job they were not qualified to do. I kept calling and when I couldn't get an answer I had to drive over there several times. Each time they made excuses. After several weeks they started on it. They had the axels off and there it sat. Finally I told them I was going to hire a wrecker service to pick it up and take it some where to fix it. Two or three days later they finally got it back together. I get it home and discover the axles are mounted upside down and brake wire not fixed that they pulled loose. I now am going to have hire someone to fix it right. I don't like to leave a bad review but feel compelled because of the poor experience I had with them. I can't take it back to them to redo because I'm afraid I would not get it back. They get a minus 5 stars from me. This would not post unless I at least gave one star. My experience says they don't deserve one star.
