Repeat customer here. They always do great work and our kicks was even cleaner when it came out than it was when it went in. Never seen mechanics clean the car before. That's above and beyond.

I had a horrible experience at Tim's Auto Body. I went to Tim's, to get my bumper painted and replaced. Due to a rear-ending accident. But, they took forever, on getting my car done. Which I thought, was odd. Maybe they were just super busy though. I thought also. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. I get my car back, 9 days later. The bumper is painted and replaced. Water is flooding through my car. Just like before. Whenever I dropped it off, I told them, what needed to be corrected. (After this occurred, I even told them, what was happening. Nothing was done. They swept the problem under the rug. Tim's Auto Body has horrible customer service.

If you have another shop to repair your car use them, this body shop is a complete joke. Went in to see if my estimate has been done it had not the lady up front which is the owners daughter was a nasty nasty women with an attitude right off hand looked at me and said no we don't have it yet he has been busy in a nasty and unfriendly way all the while he was holding up an envelope up saying we could do it in a minute she was to wrapped up in a conversation with Tim's wife which also works there. We went out to my car we discussed a few things. I questioned him about a missing edge on my bumper told him I didn't think they could repair it it needed to be replaced which another body shop said it can't be fixed. Tim told me it would have to be damaged more for the insurance to replace it as he pulled out a tool from his back pocket and broke the tabs on the bumper so it could be replaced that should have been my first clue. I logged a complaint with the insurance board for insurance fraud on that deal when I left. We got to his office where he has no sympathy or compassion about the people involved which was me and my 6 yr old. Told him I didn't think I wanted my car repaired there cause of his attitude. Then I told him I would like to pay the towing bill and have my car removed he told me the bill was 380 dollars had to be paid before I could take my car 380 dollars that's more then my car payment took my credit card for 350 had to go back and use my debit card for the other 30 single dad don't have alot of money laying around. Told her that was insane and it was highway robbery came back and the nasty attitude the daughter had said cash only now I used a few choice words to her at that time. Luckily a competitor of that body shop in the same town who does better work anyways came to my rescue and paid the tow fee and took my car to his shop. This is an awful awful place and if I could give less then one star I would. Please I beg you take your car ANYWHERE but here you will regret it. This whole family needs to learn some sympathy for their customers especially ones that have close to a 5k repair bill. I will share my experience with everyone I know.

We have done business here before. When we went for an estimate today the office ladies were very unprofessional and beyond rude. When I called to say something, she continued her rudeness! It was unnecessary! Also, in reading the reviews I noticed any good reviews were in the past. Nothing current

I previously left them a good review but that was a mistake. There was a mix up with my insurance and they sent the money to my account instead of the shop. I told them I would look to see, and it had indeed gotten to me instead. They called me a felon and threatened to call the police rather than giving me a chance to make arrangements to get the money to them. They were awful to me. The guy I originally dealt with was nice but the owner and manager are horrible people.

Long story short I had a great experience the first time I originally got repairs done in my vehicle in 2021. However— in the last year I noticed my repaired bumper has started to slip from its original position as well as the headlight stopped working that they had repaired. They gave me a “lifetime warranty for repairs.” I called in March 2022 to get these things looked at and Tim (it’s always so delightful dealing with him) agreed that this shouldn’t be happening, so they “ordered the parts” to repair.” He did ask me to be patient and I feel like I have been super respectful only calling back once every 2-3 months. Every SINGLE time I call the front desk lady acts like it is an INCONVENIENCE to even update me. I understand if my parts are on back order, but theres no reason to get an attitude with me when I am rightfully calling for an update. Today I called and asked for proof of when it had been ordered and she said “you can’t have that it’s in my system.” So frustrated with having to deal with her I’m about to just see if I can order the parts myself and take it somewhere else all because of her, but it’s their responsibility when they made mistakes fixing it in the first place.

The ladies at the front desk were super helpful, patient, and answered any question I had. The owner himself did the estimate and even went under my car to make sure my tail pipe and the bar to the bumper was not damaged.

Excellent service, not only did he take the time to take parts off to view the extensiveness of the damage, but he provided recommendations for a better fix. He understood it was my wife’s car, and as her fist new vehicle, she wanted her baby back to perfect showroom originality. This was a full insurance coverage and he took care of all paperwork needed to start and finish the process. Very helpful and particularly nice person to work with.

Tim's Auto Body is the best! They're professional, friendly, and courteous. I've used them multiple times and have always been very pleased with their work. Their quality of work is second to none. They also detail your vehicle when they're done! I highly recommend them.

Tim's is one of the best places you can do business with. I couldn't use them this time, they don't do alignments but they sent me to another great place of business, Jody's auto center. Reasonable, kind and very clean. Will be back.
