Bryan took the time to thoroughly explain the services my car needed and provided a detailed estimate before starting any work. The repairs were completed quickly and my car runs better than ever! We had the best experience. Bryan was especially extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly with his service. He explained what exactly was the problem with our vehicle and offered his honest solution. The shop is professionally run with the greatest service! This is the place where you need to go!

Great customer service and clear, concise communication. This shop will not try to charge you for services not needed and will provide excellent customer service throughout the experience. I have used them twice for both maintenance and diagnostic repairs. Would recommend to friends and family.

Been coming here nearly 2 yrs. They get me in ASAP, and do everything on time. Very honest and reputable auto mechanics, that will keep you informed of upcoming routine maintenance and work that will need to be done in the future, and what time. This is great! There are no surprises, and I know what to expect to spend as the seasons change, or my car ages. I always appreciate that they are kind, provide military discount, and really know their customers by name. They go above and beyond by dropping me off at home when I have a lot of work to be done. They pick me up and bring me back. This is awesome! Great local business.

I've been with Thousand Oaks Automotive for many years and they have always been honest about what I need or not need. I went to a different mechanic for an oil change due to them having a Christmas special. They showed me things underneath that needed replaced. They were a little cheaper then TOA so I had them do the work. I spent $1200. I noticed right away that the leak was back but worse then before I took it to the shop. I took it back and they told me it was a transmission leak and they had just fixed an oil leak. They got upset when I questioned them and they told me to pick up vehicle and "to get rid of her". I went back to Thousand Oaks Automotive and Brian was so kind and understanding. The problem was the other mechanic messed up installing new parts which made the oil leak worse. There was NO transmission leak! I had to pay TOA over $500 to refix the original problem. It would have been higher but since I have been a long standing customer and they're kindness, I was given a discount. This was so kind and I am so grateful as I've been battling a health issues for the past year and my young adult son has to pay the bills. Thousand Oaks Automotive is where I'm staying from now on!!! I learned a lesson that if you have a good honest mechanic, don't go somewhere else just because it might 'seem' cheaper, because it may cost you more problems and money in the end.
