Don’t know if they did my alignment, didn’t say on the bill. They did an awesome job mounting and balancing my tires. Got me in right away also.

As always, great service!!! Very polite...chk it all out. Call with what is wrong and what it would cost. They go ahead with what you can afford! They're quick and call when it's finished! Awesome people! Since I discovered this place, I won't go anywhere else!!!

A friend had recommended Thomasons T Express to me. I’ve been teaching my teenage son how to work on his own car when he can and how to find a good mechanic when he can’t. The guys at Thompsons were incredible. They kept great communication during the whole process and treated my son as a responsible young adult. They not only correctly diagnosed the problems, they fixed what needed to be fixed and explained why some parts were still fine. The first mechanic was not that honest. They then printed out and explained what might need to be fixed next. On top of that, they asked us to check back in a few weeks to make sure everything was running properly. Thompsons T Express is definitely a 10 out of 10. I have full confidence in using them going forward. Thanks guys!

Had a great experience at Thompson's. They got me in very quickly and got my vehicle back the same day, which is a big deal since I only have one! I've recently moved back to the area so I was happy to find great service .

I'llThompson's Repair are great! They work with me when I have issues with my mental illness and can't make the appointments. They kindly reschedule and they always do a fantastic job on my car. No judgement, just helpful suggestions and work with me to keep my car running. I would recommend them to family and friends.

My family and I woke up to embark on our family vacation early one morning, and of course we have a flat tire... After calling around early in the morning. Thompson's express took us in and patched the tire up less than an hour.. I got to walk through the back shop. All the mechanics we're friendly and seemed to be veterans. I doubt you'll get a better deal anywhere else.

Wouldnt borrow me a 10mm socket when car was parked in holiday parking lot to change a part that may have been the problem to my engine not turning on. Also said my oil leaked was really bad which isnt.

Coming from a mom who was stranded on the side of 35W heading home to the cities, this auto shop was amazing!!! They got me in early Monday morning, worked to figure out the issue, kept me in the loop with about 4-5 calls, and by late afternoon my car was fixed. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH!!! They are honest, hard working, reasonably priced and VERY NICE!

My brakes started grinding on the last day of my trip to Duluth. Thompsons was able to figure out and fix the issue in the same day so that I was able to return home to the cities! I definitely recommend this place the mechanics are honest and service was reasonably priced!

I've been having truck problems constantly since going to a different auto shop. After my truck broke down a 3rd time I quickly needed a tow to a more trustworthy repair shop due to being an essential employee. Nowhere else could look at my truck for weeks out. Thompson T-Express was able to tow my truck to the repair shop and get it fixed the same day. Staff were polite and prices were reasonable. Will be going here again in the future.

These guys were awesome! I needed their services in a pinch and they were more than accommodating. Truly appreciate their professionalism and honesty when I had to get my car and family back on the road in short order.
