Rob is a 22 year Marine Corps veteran. He is an excellent mechanic, quick, reasonably priced parts and labor. We were traveling through, I picked up a nail in my rear tire, and he had the exact match in stock. My friend's kickstand spring was broken, he also had several in stock,and had his fixed in minutes. My tire was changed in less than an hour. He's very friendly and a great wrench!!! This country needs more men and bike repair shops like Rob's!! It was a bad day, that was turned out for the best, after meeting up with Rob.

Rob was great about helping me out with a repair. We were visiting the area when my coolant pump failed. I saw Thompson's as we passed it a couple times on prior days. So, when the bike broke, I called him. Rob was very helpful, and coordinated getting the parts the same day, and having the repair completed early the next morning. Great guy to talk to! Thanks for saving some of our riding time and getting me back on the road.

Robby is a life saver & not a highway robber either! Got lucky to find his shop 300 yds from our breakdown. He took us in right away, found our leak, fixed, oiled, cleaned, back on road in an hour at a highly reasonable price. 1/2 of what hd would of cost.

Needed a front tire. We ride to Arkansas every year and had no problem getting the bike in and out within a hour,I think it only took him 30 min but we sat and talked about how he took a hobby and turned it into a business. Every chance I get I stop by and give him some cheese Curds from Wisconsin.

Rob and his shop are awesome. He's worked on my bike a few times. I ride from SW Missouri to his shop because he runs a great business. He's down to earth and has reasonable prices. He's fast too. I dropped off my Harley once and he said he was really busy and it would probably be a week or so. I said no problem. 3 days later he calls and says its ready to go. I definitely recommend this place. I will always take my bike to Thompson's.

Stand-up guy He is upfront, honest, reliable and reasonably priced. I just moved to Arkansas and had a catastrophic breakdown with my Harley-Davidson and he stepped right up and went out of his way to get things done.

Had a front wheel bearing go out on a Sunday afternoon. Called Rob, he was more than willing to take on the job. We were a group from Des Moines on vacation and Rob saved the day. Recently, while riding in the Ozarks, I experienced a slipping clutch problem that had the potential to derail the planned riding with friends and the long journey home. On a Sunday, I contacted Rob by phone and he enthusiastically agreed to meet me at his shop at 8am on the following Monday. He resolved the clutch adjustment quickly. His shop is thoroughly equipped and he has the Harley certification and experience to complete any service or repairs. Rob is friendly, honest and trustworthy. He went out of his way to assist me so that I was back on the road quickly. Whatever else he had going, he set it aside to tackle my issue first. His fee was very modest by HD standards and by how much his skilled service was worth in getting me back out riding.

This guy is grate and will be using him more
