Horrible ! place. paint job did not match and unprofessional, and they were supposed to fixed my car and when I left the shop my car was barely running, when I reached back out to the owner I was ignored. untrustworthy owner and workers, They do not care about their customers. He gave me an initial price, I paid him in full before he started the job and 2 days later he tells me it’s an additional $200. I basically gave away $1,300 dollars for NOTHING. I am new to the area and I will never return to this place. Do yourself a favor and Stay away, If your car needs something this place will make it worse. They are Thieves.

Minha esposa procurou a oficina para troca de um pneu que havia estourado no carro, foi ofertado a ela um pneu “semi-novo” quase não usado, ela por inexperiência aceitou, o pneu estava com um plug de reparo na parte lateral/estrutural do pneu, local onde não se faz reparo pois além de não ficar bom pode comprometer a segurança do condutor e passageiros do carro, agiram de má fé por se tratar de uma pessoa inexperiente.

took my porsche there and he fixed every little problem i had at an affordable rate. coming back here whenever i can to get my car serviced.. thomas even drove me to work multiple times. truly a stand up shop and excellent customer service

From the time I arrived to the time I left with my car repaired perfectly, I experienced nothing but personalism and courtesy from each and every employee I encountered. This company is trustworthy and has very reasonable prices. Which is particularly appreciated during this Covid thing we're going through at this time. The mechanic was even kind enough to give me a ride back to AutoZone to get the correct parts I needed after I mistakenly bought the wrong parts there myself thinking I would save some money. The initial quote turned out to be on par with what I paid anyway and I should have just let them get the parts themselves for me. This is one reason I say they are trustworthy. I received quality service and was able to relax in a comfortable environment with the owners son who runs the front desk. His son being a young man is an asset to the company - very courteous and respectful, and reflects the high level of service you will receive. I'd say that they have to be a top mechanic shop in Danbury and each one of their employees contribute to that reputation.

Front calipers totally seized on my car. Managed to ride it into Thomaz Auto Center, and I'm very glad I did. What a great group of people! They fixed up and got me back on the road as quickly as one could hope for, considering I arrived on their doorstep out of the blue. Friendly, very efficient, and did great work on my car at a fair price. I'm a customer now!
