I didn't know it was possible to have such a great experience with auto repair mechanics. If you're in C'ville and having car trouble, *call Thomas Auto.* If you're not in C'ville, but can reasonably get to C'ville, and are having car trouble, *call Thomas Auto.* If you can't reasonably get to C'ville, ask your car to please have issues in C'ville next time so you can take your car to Thomas Auto. In more detail: I made an appointment to have my car looked at. The appointment was set for a couple of business days later. I dropped my car off the night before my appointment and I heard from Thomas Auto by 11 AM the next morning. I was sent photographs to document the issue that my car was having and I was walked through the photos in a clear and easy-to-understand way. I was presented with options and never pressured in any way. I was counseled away from unnecessary work and informed of which repairs were important to take care of and why. The entire interaction was friendly, personable, and professional. My car was ready for pickup by the end of the day. I'll never go anywhere else so long as I can help it.

Finally!...honesty combined with professional and experienced service when it comes to car repair. No more gouching from dealership repairs. I am thankful to have found this hidden gem. No frills(who needs them?)when it comes to keeping our wheels running? I don't need to pay an extra $982 for a waiting room with coffee and wifi and cushy chairs to get my dang car fixed! AND in alot less time! Kudos to family run busineses! We need you! PEACOCK Auto referred me to them and I have the same kudos to them too. This is how businesses should work! I could not be happier with the service we get here. My family right now has a fleet of older vehicles for our personal use, including more than one car from 2003. Things happen with them, and Thomas Wheel has been so helpful and generous in understanding the maintenance and repair needs while never feeling like they were up-selling us at all. Very fair prices, very kind people, great communication. They have my loyalty for as long as I have vehicles running in Central Virginia.

I've been to so many car repair shops over the years and this is the one I'm staying at. They are honest and competitive with pricing. I never worry about them trying to do any repairs I don't need. Several times they have surprised me with how low the cost of repairs were. And the staff are always a pleasure to work with. You can't go wrong at Thomas Wheel.

The auto techs do excellent work at a reasonable price. The office staff are knowledgeable and give helpful advice. Thomas Wheel was recommended to us 7 years ago, and we wouldn't go anywhere else!!

I have a 1985 Chevy truck with custom exhaust and I needed some work done. I called around town and most people didn’t even want to help me. Thomas’s was happy to help and they did a great job for a great price. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family

I have always used Thomas Wheel alignment for regular maintenance on my car, and I recommend them to everyone. Last week I was heading out of town on vacation when my engine light came on. I called Heidi; she told me there were no openings that day. She asked me what the problem was and I explained the situation to her. They took a look at it, replaced the oxygen sensor, and I was on the road one hour later. They are the definition of a hometown mechanic you can rely on… people who will go out of their way to help you out of a jam.
