Very professional company! Curtis Bowen took excellent care of our 98’ Kenworth semi and the crew had the major repairs done fast! Highly recommend this company in Asheboro. I will be back for more service from these professionals!

This place is a joke. They gave me one price, and i came back to get my truck and add 2000 to it. Then they tell the insurance company that nothing been replaced on the front end in years rite after I replace it a year before. Overpriced and un professional, I have copies of all my work done to this truck, and they think they just found a dumb ass. Truck surposed to be there one day turn out 2 weeks.

Needed 8 tires and an alignment on my rv due to the age of the tires. After dealing with a tire shop that did not know what they were doing I called Michelin tire headquarters in Greenville SC. After using the dealer locator that Michelin sent me I called Thomas Commercial Tire in Asheboro, N.C. Noah Phillips answered the telephone and was VERY knowledgable about rv tires and suggested the same tire as Michelin suggested. He ordered 8 tires that day and called me the next day to have them installed. Once at the shop you could see that all of the people working at Thomas Tire worked as a TEAM and all were very pleasant. Great experience with Thomas Tire Commercial in Asheboro, N.C. Thanks guys and girls!!!!!

I have done an Alighnment and replacement of cab mounts at this place. Cannot comment on the quality of work just yet, as not enough time had passed to gauge the quality of Alighnment. These guys were very friendly and do have a nice waiting area. I do recommend people to shop around with the dealer though. A lot of times dealer might charge more per hr $ but will do the whole job for less money. - as dealers bill by the book vs regular shops bill by hours spent. The only reason I am giving 4 stars and not 5 is because not enough time has passed to determine the quality of work. So far, I’d use them again if need to. I have changed the rating to 5 stars as of 03/02/2021. So far, no problems with uneven tire wear nor cab mounts. I’d use them again.

We were traveling and hauling a trailer in the area. There was a tire on the trailer we were getting more and more concerned about. Thomas Tire had the tire, we stopped by (a second off the highway) and they put it on right then. Nice new facility, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend.

Got a good deal on 2 tires and wheels. The staff was nice and helpful. We were there longer than expected because after they were finished and we had everything loaded they just left us waiting in the lobby. We had to ask someone else about our bill and he pulled it right up and apologized for the wait.

I have been going to Thomas Tire for 17 years. Service is always outstanding. They constantly strive to make each and every visit the best. ****************UPDATE************** Since their move to the new facility I have been there once. I had a alinement problem. Took all day to fix, but Curtis and crew came through. I was kept informed of the progress. I am very satisfied with my choice of shops here.

I was traveling and pulling my horse trailer with my horses and blew a trailer tire. Thomas tire in Asheboro was able to help me out with loaning me a tire, changing my blown tire. I bought 5 new tires for my trailer this day. Thank you for your great service

The building itself was incredible, beautiful and clean even the bays. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. Everyone was polite courteous and helpful. When issues were found with our truck they took the time to show my husband what it was and explain it to him so that we would know what and why needed to be repaired the next time. We were extremely impressed with the services provided to us.
