My experience at Thomas Tire and Automotive in Greensboro was awesome! Everyone was kind and professional. The store is very clean and comfortable. The business center met all my needs to work while my car was being serviced. I highly recommend that folks in the Greensboro area take their car to them for all of their automotive needs.

Lol let go for what? They claimed i didn't know how to do my job.....can't do my job if no cars ever came in. And if one did come in, 10 other techs jumped on it lol. It's cool though. I got a way better job and wayyyyyyyy better pay than that measly 18 dollars

Went in for a possible leaking tire. Fixed tire. Did not adjust or check tire pressure sensor. Would have realized that sensor is possibly bad and needs replacing. Guess i did not say to check the guage

WOMEN BEWARE!!!! Absolutely disgusted, frustrated, and appalled!! My car has been making a squealing noise so took it here paid for diagnostic test and they said it was the serpentine belt tensioner. Paid almost $400 to yet still have the same issue. Took it back for them to tell me it's the Pulley but it's covered under warranty, great. Still the problem came back and louder. Took it back for him to say it's the water pump. Smh, how much, Ricky I believe his name is, said I needed a water pump, and quoted me a price at approximately $500. I had someone else replaced my water pump and what do you know, the squealing is still present. So I took it back only to be told they did minor adjustments and that it's not as loud as when I brought it in & to take it to the dealership. Granted it wasn't as loud but the next day, you already know, the squealing was back. I asked if $$ could be refunded and he tried to say the services they performed was eventually going to be needed and the parts were replaced. ON TOP OF THAT HE SAID THE ISSUE COULD BE IN MY MOTOR. I had another technician look at it and he said it's the harmonic balancer (which is another word for the Pulley) needed to be replaced cause the belt was about to come off and it's crooked. And I had my car towed ( my car is running hot now cause I replaced a water pump that didn't need to be replaced) to them again and had the technician point the issue out to them and showed him how it was crooked and seeing how the belt literally bout to come off of the Pulley. And guess what , they tried to charge me over $300 to fix the same issue that I already paid them for that should have been caught when they changed the belt and pulley! All of this is located in the same area. Goes to show you how they try to get over on you when you know nothing about cars. Now I'm out over $700 for services that was performed that didn't fix the issue or was not needed, oh and don't forget I had to have my car towed. Oh I picked my car up and will have someone else fix it. I'm seeking an attorney at this point .

What a wonderful facility! The service was great and the staff was courteous! The staff did a thorough job on my car and the wait time was was short. They have a tv set up for the waiting room and a room for kids to hang out in. Genius! What made my day was the station manager giving me a battery for my key fob and another staff put it in for me. They had me at the popcorn machine and water and coffee. I highly recommend Thomas Tire & Automotive! I will not go anywhere else for my car needs! I

Women, BEWARE! If you're looking for an honest mechanic, steer clear of this place. My mother took her car in because of a persistent squealing noise, hoping for a professional and reliable fix. After paying for a diagnostic, the mechanics assured her they knew what the issue was and could handle it. She paid nearly $400, only for the squealing to return after just a day. When she went back, they claimed the pulley was the problem and replaced it, but the noise returned yet again. After that, they suggested it was the water pump, and later even hinted that the motor might be the issue, yet they never gave a clear or confident answer. It wasn’t until she took the car to a second mechanic that she finally got the correct diagnosis, which hadn’t been addressed at all by the original shop. When she returned to the first shop to explain, they quoted her another $400 to fix the actual issue. No discount, no refund, and no accountability whatsoever. They expected her to pay full price again for a repair they should’ve completed in the first place. Currently, she is seeking legal advice because, in these difficult financial times, $400 isn’t easy to come by. To make matters worse, the car is now experiencing MORE problems than when it was first brought in. Now, she's left without reliable transportation, frustrated, and still out the money. We went to this shop to avoid "shade tree" mechanics, but they seem no different. They appear to prey on women who may not know much about cars, recommending unnecessary repairs that don’t actually solve the problem. I urge anyone, especially women, to stay far away unless you want to waste

Last week I was run off the road and popped my tire less than a quarter mile from your location. I parked my car there overnight and called the next morning. Every time I called, somebody answered the phone. No voicemail, no waiting for a call back, and when they were going to call me back with an estimate in 15 minutes - they DID. Every single person I interacted with there was so friendly, so helpful, and eased my anxiety. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, especially in an already stressful situtation. Thank you so much.

Overall my experience was very good. The only thing I didn’t like was the quote I received on the alignment for the tires was increased because my car was European. On the quote it had what model my car was so the quote should have been honored due to their mistake.

Needs to stay with wheels and tires ONLY 6 hours now.... 5-1/2 hours to do a catalytic converter and oil change? And still here come see me. Same Tech on this all day and NOT on anything else. Hope you're not thinking he's a keeper.

I’d recommend bringing your car here! I had a misunderstanding with them and they promptly called me back and asked me to come back to the shop so they could double check for me and ensure it was right. The place is clean and organized and everyone there is super helpful and kind!

Would not recommend. After spending $250.00 on parts that didn't fix my car, I'm still waiting for them to call me back because "they want to make it right"
