The most honest mechanic in the world. I love these guys. They are very smart, efficient, and affordable. As a single woman in the past, I've always felt like I was being taken advantage of because I'm not mechanically knowledgeable, but Wally always always treats me respectfully and with honesty and highest integrity. I wouldn't go anywhere else, and neither should you.

Wally and his staff are all amazing. I needed a repair and they took the time to explain to me exactly what parts were needed and why. I really appreciate their expert level of communication. Furthermore, I told them I was leaving on a trip and Wally stayed an extra couple hours after closing to make sure my vehicle was fully prepared and ready for the road. In addition to this, they charge very fair prices. Thomas and Bros auto center provides high quality work for great prices. I will only be bringing my vehicle here from now on.

I am writing this review to express my deep gratitude to Wally, a great mechanic and kind person. I needed to install a part on my car door. I applied to a car body shop near my work but was denied. They told me to come next week. I was very upset. I found this shop online and decided to go there. An amiable man came to meet me, examined the car, and quickly and professionally solved the problem. I am happy that I found a trustworthy company that cares about its customers. In the future, I will go to this company because I know that Thomas Bros Auto Care really provides excellent customer care. Thanks, Wally!

Super helpful guys, they spent time diagnosing for free with me because I was in a jam. Super kind of them. They also showed me what was wrong, explained everything, and gave me a super fair price. They saved me $1000!

The serviceman installed a quart of atf. He told me to drive it a few miles, then check the atf level. The atf level rose to the correct level.

I called in to see if they had availability to work on my vehicle. I briefly explained the issue. Instead of them having me bring it in and charging me, he spent 5 minutes walking me through some options I can try at home first. He was right! I saved myself a tow and a trip to the body shop. 😊

No better place to have your vehicle repaired. Wally is the best! He's honest, does great work, and is a genuinely nice guy that will let you know what needs to be done and what you can wait to take care of. It's the only place I take my cars.

Wally is the best! Every time that my new-driver young son goes there with his old truck, Wally helps him out at the lowest costing approach. Other places would try to take advantage of my son.
