I have been taking my cars to The Small Car shop for several years. You can depend on them for fixing the problem and also if there is something else ready to go out they call you and go over the details and cost to fix it.

As always, Derrel was great and his shop did a perfect job on my car. It was only an oil change but I am so confident in this shop, I won't take my car anywhere else! My next service was to repair the under body protective cover, and they always do a perfect job, as usual. Great service!!!

Our first service: great communication from start to finish. I was struck by the honest, straightforward nature of the owner. Our second service was more of the same: honest, straightforward, and conscientious. To top it off, they don't seem to be focused mainly on gouging the customer -- the cost, relative to dealer cost, was very reasonable. I have continued to receive only top-notch service from The Small Car Shop in subsequent visits. I was especially impressed, with a recent transmission issue, with their willingness to spend quite a bit of time with me discussing the issue and ensuring I understood clearly what my options were. Update: can't recommend this shop highly enough. Some people make the world a better place -- it will be a loss to Fresno and the surrounding communities if the owner ever decides to retire.

I had work done by this company the owner is very nice however he doesn't oversee his worker his worker left my lug nuts loose I didn't discover this till I was on the freeway going 65 mph which could have caused an accident or even worse also prices are expensive. Overall experience not impressed

During our last oil change Daryl noticed the bushings were going out on our Jeep. It was going to be a costly repair so we put it off for a few weeks. Upon repair day, Daryl took his time and was thorough in the service he provided. We were so grateful that the repairs came in under the quoted amount. Daryl and his Small Car Shop never fail to disappoint. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. After all, how much do we rely on "reviews" these days when deciding to make a purchase or visit a business?
