This place is amazing and do very reliable work they back there work up. I read the reviews before taking my challenger (elm street) there me being in the automotive world i know you can't make everyone happy. But you have to understand they are very busy and deal with alot of people and working on your vehicle may take longer then expected depending on what's wrong. I recommend giving the shop a chance in what ever your automotive needs are. Chad knows his sh*t the people are very friendly. Just don't blow up there phone about your vehicle if work is being done to it and it takes awhile and they don't call you just call them once a week for update. Calling any business every day gets annoying even for any average person so with all that said I want to thank the shop for replacing my motor and doing extra work plus dyno tuning you guys are amazing and i will definitely do business with you guys and gales again. 3 months to get my car back, car has no idle, stumblies, rich and lean all over the fuel map, someone forgot to bolt the coil packs back on melted a coil on the way home, the o2 sensor was unplugged 1800 dollar bill. Glad there are now new shops that will tune in Lincoln. I will never bring anything here again.

Made an Appointment for my srt and booked 3 months ahead to get a tune, got told it needed a couple things so I agreed to get it fix and when I got it back and was driving it i noticed it wasn't running good so I took it somewhere else and they told me they didn't even tune it or fix anything so not sure why I got charged so much if they didn't even look at it properly? Didn't even call me or anything to give me updates I had to call my self and ask for my self and every time I would call they would start being rude or wouldn't call back or they would say that the guy who does the tunes isn't around? Didn't get my car back til 3 months later what kind of shop does that ? WILL NOT BE GOING BACK recommend a different shop . Don't even waist your guys time looking at these clowns for a tune

Place over charges for the simplest of things, was quoted 254$ just to replace an air intake box. On top of an original quote of overall all fixes I listed that I wanted them to fix. Then didn’t even ask to have my oil checked and they said they needed to add 2+ quarts of oil that I didn’t need and charged me for adding oil. Over unhappy with the overall experience. Only reason I’m not giving a one star is because the where quick to respond to my questions and calls about my vehicle. If you have money to blow they’ll definitely take your money and then some.

Son took his car in for some minor work. 1st off, they drove it over 10 miles just to understand it surging. 2ndly, without asking, they put 2 qrts of oil in & charged him without asking if that was ok. Never mind he's got oil at home he can add. If you're NOT into performance, DON'T take your vehicle to this shop.

They don't work on imports, don't bother asking them. Hung up on me while I was talking to them. Update in response to their reply: I still remember the phone call, whoever the lady was that answered the phone is the one that hung up on me. I forgot their name

Two years ago, I completed a build that had been a vision of mine since reading a magazine article in the high school library in March of 1997. Everything was going just as planned with exception of the tune which proved to be very problematic. Two years later, and countless hours of research, I finally reached out to Chad at the advice of a friend. I first met Chad at the track who was very receptive and took the time to let me explain the issue. Today I picked up my car, and to say that I am happy is an understatement. The car runs better than I ever imagined, and the drivability is amazing. On top of fixing the issues, Chad found another 30 rwhp over a previous dyno. In addition, the communication from Chad, and everyone at The Shop was excellent. Thanks again guys, I finally feel like I can enjoy my car now.

Called today about getting ecu tuned for a ls swap to get it started o6 6.0 the woman told me 850 dollars wow outrageous I said I'll look around .she rudely said good luck next person I called was 250 which is what it is supposed to cost .very high dollar place 3 times more than anyone else

Chad, Breann, and all the techs at The Shop are professional and excellent at what they do. Fantastic to work with. The Shop has helped us for my Camaro ZL1 and my daughters C6 Vette working on everything from brakes to tuning with the Dyno machine. Ours sports cars are running great thanks to The Shop.

I’ve now been here twice, once to replace my blower motor and a second time when it stopped working (just a busted fuse). The front office is communicative, the mechanics knowledgeable, and the service above and beyond. They even replaced the busted fuse for free! Anyway, you should bring your car here.

I don’t ever give reviews, “But”. For this shop it is most definitely deserved , Chad you definitely know your stuff, Like totally Professional hands-down the greatest mechanics that work at the shop , very down to earth also answer all my questions, never felt any pressure from Chad . Had my car in and out in a timely manner. Had my corvette also Dyno came out “perfect” run’s way better then any other shop I had taken to. Great job guy’s look forward to future project with you.

One of the few places that I actually trust will get the job done right on my Jeep Wrangler. They are reliable people and their service is exceedingly great. Their prices are also quite reasonable for all of the repairs that I have had done for my vehicle and the other family members vehicles over the years who have had service with them.
