No nonsense very professional great price and extremely informative! As a woman I've experienced mechanics who try to swindle me or don't take the time to explain what exactly is going on with my car. He educates you about how each piece works and why it broke in the first place and what preventive measures that need to be implemented.

Called because my car was overheating and had issues starting and was referred to him because he was available and honest. Scheduled an appt but ended up getting hospitalized with covid, once I was out and working again, I called him back, and he got irritated because I no showed on my previous appt and didn’t call to cancel it because I got COVID! I asked if he had availability asap and described what my car was doing and he said he would look at his schedule and call me back by next day. He call later same day , let’s it ring once and leaves no voicemail. I call back and he tells me Saturday is the earliest he can get me in (it’s Tuesday) even though my vehicle is overheating and refusing to start. Called the dealership( more expensive but what can I do) and they can get me in Thursday morning! I get having a small crew to work with but SATURDAY! How can anyone go without their vehicle for 4 days!?

I don’t normally do this. It’s been 3yrs trying to get a engine installed. Just took a pic of my wife’s Volvo in his yard. Smh. Said site to see. Half of the car is covered in blackberry vines. Court date coming.
