No professionalism... I was customer there from 2005 to 2010. I know I wasn't pretty good customer, but the most important thing is PROFESSIONALISM. I am hearing impaired customer.. When I call through relay service, some of the staff was rude to the interpreters, a couple weeks ago, I called trying to get ahold of the owner in regards to E check issues, but one of the staff was so rude by saying "Bullshit" and hunging up the phone. So, I decided not to contact them no more. They need to improve the professionalism and attiudes towards the relay service in case other hearing impaired people tries to call them...
