This place says online it does emissions. They are lazy and don’t care, took me 25 minutes to have someone assist me. He started they DO NOT SOO EMISSION TESTING ALTHOUGH IN BOLD BLACK AND WHITE IT SAYS: DOES EMISSION TESTING.. even tried to call. No answer…After finally seeing someone…HE SPENT 1 minute with me.. just long enough to tell me the don’t do emission and the internet is a lie.. and it is not their website. I asked them to shore me their website.. and it went to the same sight. That’s when I said if it’s your business, you simply follow the instructions to “edit” the website. Very easy stuff

Car started having trouble driving home one night. They were able to get me in right away the next morning, fixed the problem the same day, communicated exactly what was wrong and the price. Antonio was great to work with and I will definitely bring my car back in the future. Friendly people and fair pricing.

Bad experience. I had my entire brake assembly replaced in April 2023 (all calipers, rotors, and pads) and one year later the front brakes started seizing and the rotors were no longer good. The rotors became warped. I paid $1300 for the job and the brakes unfortunately had to be replaced once again. I called the Quiet Zone and asked if they could help me under these circumstances and they basically said NO because their one-year warranty expired. They even wanted to charge me $40 just to inspect what was clearly a poor job on their part. Comprehensive brake jobs should last longer than 14 months, that I am certain of. I would not trust these guys with any serious brake jobs that involve calipers or rotors again. I usually do not give out bad reviews to small businesses, but this one was very necessary.

We took our Toyota to Tony at The Quiet Zone for brake repairs after getting a quote from the dealership. He was almost half the price and he got us in for the repairs in less than a week. We have used him a few times now, and he always comes through. I highly recommend having your vehicle serviced at The Quiet Zone.

I called them before I showed up there to ask them a question and they let me know yeah we're here till 6:00. So I get ready to come to their location, and it's all closed up and locked up and nobody's there! Why wouldn't they tell me they were closing when I just talked to them about a half hour before?

I have nothing but respect for Antonio! He was kind, courteous and extremely helpful. I accidentally locked my keys in my car and did not know what to do. Quite Zone on Layton Ave came to my rescue within 10 minutes. It took them 5 minutes to open my car door and get me back on the road. Antonio did this for me from the kindness of his heart and did not charge me a dime. YES there is still wonderful considerate, and kind people out there. Thank you Antonio you are the best!!!

I own a transportation company and everyday one of my cars is down I lose money. I had front end noise that I couldn’t figure out where it was coming from. Went to 4 shops and they all told me I had to set an appointment for days away. Tony got me in within a couple of hours and I had my van back the next day. Antonio is a very reliable and acknowledgeable mechanic. It isn't enough room to tell all he has done but he has fixed over 5 cars in my household, doing business with his establishment for about 5yrs years now even going to another shop that's closer to home, You will end up back with Antonio at Quiet zone. He's honest and gives you information other mechanics won't, doesn't push any service on you either. He's proved so many other mechanics to be hustlers and liers.. I would recommend his shop in a heartbeat to any and everyone, he's a man of his word and now days it's something that's hard to find.
