They were expensive but I guess anywhere you go is gonna be expensive with Biden in office. Maybe the oil prices will go down when Trump is back in office and we can "DRILL BABY, DRILL!!!"

Went in to get my tires rotated they messed up one of my lug nuts on my wheel and then told me I had to go get it fixed they were not responsible for it it wasn't like that when I took it in there to get the tires rotated why is it like that with me leaving they suck

very unwelcoming environment. i pulled up and waited in line, the person in front of me went, and the 3 people to the left of me were instructed to go. i waited for over an hour for someone to talk to me or tell me what i need to do. no one talked to me or even me acknowledged me the whole time i was there. multiple bays were open and the man just walked inside instead of helping me or even asking me what i was there for. very disappointed in the situation and customer service.

Extremely fast and helpful. Got a car and was told everything was taken care of. After looking at it. I only had 15% oil life left and my air filters were in horrendous condition. They fixed everything right up and got me on my way in a decent amount of time.

Absolutely disgusting customer service. Questioned my situation SEVERAL times. Talked to me like I was STUPID the whole conversation. Disregarded the fact that we almost got into a car accident after car malfunctioned in the middle of the fast lane on the interstate after their service earlier that day. Whom ever this was either owner or manager ended the conversation with, “I already told you what I can do there is no reason to be talking anymore.” FYI that is not a way you talk to your customers. Hopefully you take this into consideration before getting your car service done here. :)

I’ve been going to this place since I’ve moved down here from Pennsylvania (2021) and I won’t go anywhere else for my oil change. Love the crew that works down here and the management is always nice and professional. The prices is the cherry on top and if you double up and bring your own material you’ve unlocked a discount.
