False advertising. Been coming here for a while. “ANT SAID IT HAS TO BE THE SAME CAR to get free oil change. DOES NOT SAY IT ON THE CARDS. Have 3 cards cause I forget them sometimes. I’ll definitely take my services elsewhere now.

I have been receiving service from this location for over 20 years regardless of the city I live in. I've traveled from Taylor and Walled Lake just for the respectable friendly service. The prices are more reasonable than other shops also.

At first this place was my go to my dad introduced me to them. Then Anthony wanted to get to know me. And I turned him down. In my caddy they never change my oil filter but said they did. And when I try to get service I get shut down each time. I rather find somewhere else to go. I’m straight on this place.

Only gripe is service here is different everytime. They didn't even bother to check the tire pressure this time. Maybe because there were multiple cars in the bays. UPDATE: Price is still fluctuating for some reason. Tire pressure was checked this time. UPDATE ON THE UPDATE: I keep coming back and things get better every visit. I dig this place.

The guy screwed my oil filter on so tight he cracked the tube that's attached to it and it cost me $900 to get fixed and they did not want to take responsibility for it

Waited 5 mins during business hours (4:30pm) for service. Four bays empty and no one came out to service my truck. So I pulled off. Then they wanted to come out after I pulled off. Terrible service. Will never go there again.

Ever since I’ve came here my car has been acting funny cutting off and throwing the oil light. One of the guys try’s to sell you things on the low and cash app him but then he never put my oil filter in there. Straight rip off smh they should be closed.

The customer service was absolutely terrible, first they complained about me letting the heat out of their garage. Second they charged me five dollars to get air in one tire. Thirdly, I called to speak to a manager and he hung up in my face. The worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

Visited the Oil Exchange to get a Top off. Today was a heavy snow day. I was surprised there was even anyone here. Greeted and welcomed with how can I help you. Every staff Member I’ve experienced here has been Amazing! Today Lee got to service me, and shared generous conversations Topped my Van off and sent me on my way. In and Out. Love this place had to finally leave a review!
