I went here today to get my tire repaired because it had a leak, the manager Ernesto told me that I’d have to wait about 45 minutes because his employee was at lunch. I asked him if he could help me and he instantly had an attitude saying “All I can do is a temporary plug.” I told him that’s fine. Once he saw my tire he said the side wall was damaged and he can’t do anything about it. The tire had a nail along the tread on the edge. I took it to OASIS tires and wheels and they repaired the tire without issue. When I asked Ernesto for his managers number he refused to give it to me, gave me attitude and rudely said I can call another store myself. OASIS TIRES & WHEELS said they constantly get complaints from that store and waived my bill to help with my frustration of having to deal with the lazy and rude manager Ernesto.

Neto Was awesome and very helpful he got three of my tires fixed and under an hour while I went shopping right across the street at the mall! Lol The price was fair for the quality of the tires that you’re getting plus he even said he offered free rotations to the tires every six months and in case I have a flat or anything he would replace them for no extra charge! Overall happy with my experience with The new tire club! Thank you!

1 star if i could would give them 0 had a blow out on brand new tire damaged my truck went to store they change my tire still pay $100 out of my pocket then a 2nd tire same damaged wont do anything about it they suck!!! Dont wasted your money there.

Called to look for a specific tire at 6:37pm, asked the guy who answered me if he could look for a tire with the Make and Model of my vehicle (I’ve bought three tires here before and they’ve done it this way) the guy who was on the phone said AND I QUOTE “oh no it’s cause we have the computer here and it’s gives us all the sizes, I need a specific size” which was confusing to me because they ALWAYS do it this way, so I hung up and decided to call again, i told the guy that answered that the other guy didn’t wanna help me, turns out it was the SAME GUY. I asked him if he could help me and he said “oh it’s cause we’re about to close at 7” ????? If he didn’t wanna do his job for the last 20 minutes of his shift he could have JUST SAID THAT! Nonetheless I will NEVER be buying tires here again, even though they have good prices, Discount Tire price matches and they give the best service! (Also: all three tires I bought here popped or had issues, so I’m glad I dodged a bullet, and now I realize most tires on these reviews have got the same issue) so 0 STARS 😤

I had bought brand new tires from this shop a year ago(8/2022) and began to have problems with them recently (8/2023). I called them to see if they could do anything about it and said that the warranty was through the tires! I came to another shop and they had told me that they put on 2017yr tires on my car! They put tires that had been sitting in their shop for 5 years and these tires only lasted one year! Do not come to this shop it’s a scam!

Payed over $580 for a set of new Michellin Tires. And they started popping from the outer walls. They lasted a month. Tires are recycled here. Don’t waste your money. I specifically told them i was going out of town. I could’ve died from these cheap tires. Go to a real dealership.

10 percent of the population leave 100% of the negative reviews and just by that principle here’s a 5 star for a good business just trying their best. I was a customer here about a week ago. Joseph got me in, took care of my car, had a great experience, recognized that this is a business trying to feed family’s so there, 5 stars. Good job Tire club, good job.

I went to this business for a screw I saw in my tire. Did not have to wait long for them to have my truck in their bay. They lifted the truck and inspected the tire. They found the screw but it did not pierce the tire; how lucky is that. The best part, they did not charge me at all. I'm not from El Paso, but if I was, they would always have my business

I wish I could give a 0 star rating..very disappointed with manager, he put 3 tires that were manufactured in 2019..after talking with him, he wanted me to put a more expensive tire, and wanted me to pay $160 more ,when I had already spent over $600 . I have always bought my tires for all of my vehicles there, but now they have lost my business.Please,make sure they show you the tires before they installed them, look at the maufacturing date.

I woke up super early on Sunday March 20th, 20222 ready to travel to AZ for work. I get in my work truck and notice one of my tires has low air pressure and upon further inspection, I notice a screw right in the middle of the tire. I "Google" for a flat tire repair shop that's open on Sundays, and find this place. I get coffee and do other stuff that I needed to do before getting on the road, so by the time I arrive is a little bit before 9:00 am. The staff doesn't complain because I get there early and ask what I need, they tell me to drive into their shop, they patch my tire and even rotate all of my tires in about 15 minutes. I'm so grateful for their help. The place is in the northeast side of the Sunland Park Mall parking lot.

Spent a lot of money here before with over 3 sets of wheels and tires. Came in today to the west side location and was told they don't want to install wheel spacers. Ok I'll gladly take all of my money and business somewhere else now

Came in to fix a flat with all 4 brand new tires . The car doesn’t even have 25,000’miles yet , they put a roadmaster tire on AND TRY TO SAY I NEED A NEW TIRE when I knew I had just got 4 brand new continental tires days before this , they tried to scam me , save yourself the trouble don’t come to this place , EVER

I have come here before and have taken maybe 45 minutes max to change 4 tires, as I write this I have been waiting for over 1 1/2 to replace two back tires it looks like they only have one person doing tire changes, and I’m not a professional but the people who arrived here after me both had big trucks and left before me 😡, never coming here again, don’t care if they see this or not but o guess just don’t come on Tuesdays after 4!!!

I have to say , the customer service at this location was exceptional! It’s never easy dealing with an unexpected mishap and today my tire completely tore . To make things worse it’s Sunday and all places are closed or about to close . The gentlemen at Tire Club waited for my truck to get towed to their location , offered exceptional customer service and worked on my truck even when we arrived 5 mins to closing . I will forever be grateful for their patience and help . I will definitely come here for my tire needs.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Took them 30 minutes to even acknowledge me, and once they took my money- they just made me wait for hours just to change two tires. Didn’t even give me an update on how the process was coming along or at the very least offer me a place to wait. Actually, still waiting around while I’m posting this.
