Tire balancing and wheel alignment have nothing to do with each other Went to balance my tires here and started driving and my wheel alignment is all messed up now It’s super easy to manipulate the wheel alignment Just a couple turns on your tie rod and boom your un aligned Maybe trying to get me to go back and pay more for an alignment

I was a little wary coming here due to the 1 star reviews, but I had an amazing experience. The employee behind the counter helped walk me through a few options for my tire and was so helpful in replacing a tire sensor. They were incredibly professional and I would highly recommend this business.

I bought rims for my Jetta from The New Tire Club, and as soon as I started driving on the freeway, my car began shaking violently. It was so bad I nearly lost control. When I went back, they refused to take the rims back, saying their contract had a no-return policy—even though this was clearly a safety issue. After a long discussion, they reluctantly offered to add a “center adapter” to make the rims fit. If I’d known this extra part was required, I never would have bought them. They were only interested in making a sale, showing zero regard for my safety or transparency with their customers.

If I could give zero Stars I would. Very unprofessional and unfriendly, no eye contact bozos. I paid a price for a puncture tire, and I thought they were going to patch the tire but they put a plug and resulted that I had two nails , but I know I didn't because I inspected the tire myself before taking it with water and soap. So my guessing is they did the extra puncture. Do not take your vehicle here. First time I brought it awhile back they overcharged for rotation and balance other places charged at a fair rate , so I tried to give the place a second chance, and nope never again.

DONT BUY ANYTHING HERE THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR SAFETY AND OVER PRICE EVERYTHING! Well everyone I just got ripped off and it's my fault for not reading the reviews. It's true everyone. They are only here to steal ur money. I just went here yesterday. I was in a rush cause I had to get to work. I told the guy don't sell me Chinese tires not because I'm racist but because their is no warranty and their not made good. So he lied to me and said they weren't from China. They didn't even give me a recite that said showed the cost of everything. I thought I was getting a great wheel n tire package boy was I wrong. After looking my package online it was only about 2000 dollars n they charge me 3500 ☹️. He said my tires had 60 thousand mile warranty from the manufacturer. I looked them up and sure enough they are Chinese tires. No way I'm getting a warranty from them. I bet these tires won't even last a year. I'm just hoping they don't blow up on the highway while I'm driving cause that is very dangerous. I advise everyone with problem from this company to sue. I'm going to sue them if anything happens. It's not right for them to sell tires to people that are not safe. I'm pretty sure it's illegal to sell tires that are not safe. I'm not happy at all. Maybe they go out of business or change the way the do things of people start suing. After reading the reviews I'm not gonna to bother calling them because I know what their gonna say. Please everyone for your safety and not to over pay don't go here. This company should be ashamed of themselves. May the lord forgive everyone in this company for stealing and lying to people.

They lost one the tire pressure sensors. The supervisor wanted to show me how it did not have one but I guess it was my world against theirs. They also lost the key to unlock the rim log nuts. They replaced with another one. Even with the record of employees losing parts he was still adamant that my car was missing the sensor. The sensor warning light was not on and he did not want to argue. Be careful and take pictures of your dashboard or stay right next to the employees to avoid these situations. I took may car to another place to get the sensor and they found one of the parts next to the valve where the employee broke the sensor when removing the old tire. I guess it was easier to claim that the sensor was missing I instead of taking responsibility

I am customer in this place and it gets bases from them and I was gonna get tires 600 worth For my car I go back to them to take the spacers off because the car starts shaking at the highway and they want to charge me $40 to take this spacers off this is ridiculous

I had my rims for 5 days and the front tire flew off my truck on the freeway. I sent a pic to management and they told me that I hit somethin on the road. But yet my tire was not blown o punctured. The rim was damaged an the lug studs broke off. They did not correct the prob o give me another rim. They said I hit somethin n that they were not @ fault. Christy the manager doesn't know her job n is very rude. She lacks professionalism. Management really suxz there. Don't buy your tires from these ppl. They do not honor the warranties nor take responsibility for their mistakes. Now I'm stuck with a broken rim, damage to my truck, and a payment on my rims....

Went in on a Saturday afternoon and I personally felt like the sales person was not very interested. I feel he did not try very hard to make a sale. I was the only client that they had in the store at that time (between 3-4 pm).

I came here to get tires for my car a year and a half ago. I told the guy who attended me that I wanted tires that would last, that were built for all weather, not give me any problems, and that would grip and not slide around on turns. He recommended the bfgoodrich Gforce comp. This guy heard me out and gave me everything that I wanted. I drive downtown everyday and the tires still look new, I hit the 375 loop into I10 5 days a week and even though it’s not recommended I hit that turn at about 80 miles per hour some days as smooth as it gets like if I was driving in a straight line. Thank you guys. I’m only writing a review because there’s a lot of bad reviews and I’m pretty sure that it’s because you get what you pay for. You go for the cheap tires you’re going to have problems. I paid a little more but I feel safe in my car. My car used to slide and I had to really brake with the cheap low profiles it had but now it hugs onto the roads my car is a beast now. Thank you guys.

Poor customer service! Wanted to buy wheels but the gentleman that approached to ask what I needed said straight out said nope. Didn't even look it up in his inventory or see if it would be something they could order. Just straight out nope. Trying to give local companies my business. I guess I'll just give my business to Quadratec.

Simplemente leyendo todos sus malos reviews en esta página puedes darte cuenta que no solo seré yo la que tiene esta opinión , no cumplen los que venden y responsabilizan de sus propios errores y se excusan con que la garantía no lo cubre cuando es su responsabilidad hacerle ver al cliente cuando puede existir un problema mayor , personas deshonestas y un lugar tan poco confiable NUNCA COMPRES TUS LLANTAS AHÍ SI NO QUIERES UN PROBLEMA MAYOR
