I came to tire club to replace my tire after having a blowout. After asking if the rim was ok to mount a tire they assured me it was and that I would have no problem with the tire they sold me. After paying $193 I took my wheel to mount. Not even a mile into the road the tire was flat. I came back to tire club to let them know that their assurances were wrong and professional guidance was incorrect. Supervisor Yadira and Roberto associate denied the replacement of the tire. They stated the only way it would be rectified is if I bought another tire and brought the vehicle to them. They claimed that I rode the tire flat and that was the reason. Aside from this they took 2 hrs to install the new tire on the rim. Time and money wasted, do not recommend. These people are very unprofessional and promise what they can’t deliver. Please do your research for a reputable company

Walked in to shop around and no one bothered to help us , an employee walk passed us and didn’t even bother to say anything , they both walked out with some tires and didn’t come back

Terrible service. We had to wait almost 3 hours to get 2 overpriced tires put on and there was only 1 other customer there that came after us. I do not recommend anyone coming here. I have a body shop and will no longer bring my cars here. I will also recommend to customers and other body shops I know to take their business elsewhere. I have receipts to prove I was here and also took photos.

I had a positive experience with Tireclub. Beto from the front desk helped me find the staggared set of wheels and tires. You can see some of the wheels they carry online or browse their huge warehouse. Installation took about an hour. Ivan from the shop offered to paint my calipers during installation which gives a nice touch. On other visit they also helped me replace TPMS tire sensor that would not pass inspection due to light on dash. TPMS light Cleared up after driven around block. I do recommend Tire Club from my overall experience.

Came in for some new tires today. Customer service was excellent and the service was swift. Overall a great experience, this was my 3rd time coming and everytime has gone well. Highly recommended 👌🏽

My mom went to get new rims here. They didn’t tighten the nugs the most easy thing to do! She was lucky nothing happened to her or the rim flying off 🤬 never coming back here again

Shop Elsewhere‼️ Worst part of the whole thing was I drove to TWO of your locations to find that out that you won’t help me with my g35 coupe. What kind of tire shop wont touch a tire unless it’s “brand new” ?! Every 2k miles I have to rotate my tires from one side of my car to the other so I can get even wear on both tires, because I have the FACTORY sport tuned suspension. Won’t be back to buy new rubber when it’s time for me to do so, that’s for certain.

Wheel balancing was not done correctly and was included in my bill. Had my 2 front tires replaced. Once on the freeway car began to shake. I am not a mechanic so next day i took it for a wheel alighnment at another place close to where i live. The mechanic said my car was not balanced correctly. i told him it was balanced at The tire club because it was included in my bill. He suggested to prove me wrong and re -balanced my new tire in which supposedly were balance correctly at the Tire club. He said if the car still shakes the balancing is free. Once he re did the balancing on my tires the shaking went away. I went back to the Tire club and asked for a refund only on the balancing. They did not give me a refund. The tire club told me it was my fault for not taking the car back. Again I am not a mechanic and thought the shaking would stop once i did the wheel alighnment. If they were so proffesional they would of refunded me the wheel alighnment at least.

When I went I understand there was Cars ahead of me but I had only needed ONE tire changed, it took about 2-3 hours for them to change my one tire. This place needs more workers and they need to work a lot more faster.
