Went to a few mechanics telling me my transmission was messing up and needed a new one so I got many prices on how to fix it, when I called these guys they told me it was a messed up computer fixed my problem right away and less time!

Came and completed the diagnostic and was a no call no show the next morning to complete the repair. Now we will have to pay another company for a new diagnostic. Do not recommend!

My mom and I contacted them for service this morning. They charged $100 for a diagnostic test; which isn’t an issue but the fact that they left looking for whatever part was needed, but didn’t communicate to us on prices until we called them several times after an hour. That’s not how you conduct business. Then they left my battery and other parts in the seat w/o notifying US; now what if someone came inside my car and took those items, they wouldn’t have reimbursed me. Lastly, I asked to be refunded the $100 because of this matter they were very rudely about that. I’ve sent several messages and gotten no response. BOOK them at your own risk.

Transparent in parts pricing and charged a reasonable labor rate. Fixed a broken tire axel quickly and got my car running again

I called the mobile mechanic early Saturday morning he answered and he asked what was going on with my car I told him my brake line he came out and fixed it was very professional and I will be using him again for future repairs

I called to get an estimate on my vehicle that needed work done do to a wreck leaving my car undrivable, he stated he could come see it and check what needed to be done. He explained in detail what was needed and how much it would cost for the parts that were needed. After he fixed my car he test drove my vehicle to make sure it was good. Affordable pricing, recommend!!

I highly recommend using The Mobile Mechanic! The technician was very prompt to arrive when my track broke down and would not start, great communication when he was in route and his ability to troubleshoot to getting my truck started. He even followed me home to ensure my truck restarted after turning off the engine a few times. The best part was the cost is incredibly affordable! I would use again in a heart beat if needed.
