After researching the best places to go for an oil change, I came upon The Lube Center. I called first to see if I needed an appointment and I was told it was first come first serve. The gentleman that assisted me was very kind and helpful. I went there about an hour later and was assisted right away. It took about 20 minutes for my car to be done. Dakota and the other male employee that was there were both very friendly and welcoming. I will definitely be back!

I stopped by on a Saturday 30 minutes before they closed, because my check engine light was on. I wish I'd gotten the name of the technician because he was very friendly. He discovered a blown fuse and replaced it and checked my coolant because I asked. When I asked how much I owed him, he said it was no charge. Fast, courteous, and inexpensive!! Quite the trifecta!

Always speedy, communication is always clear, and never had an issue here. Staff are also pretty friendly if your car is even kinda sorta cool. Absolutely the area go-to.

After reading a lot of reviews, took my Honda S2K for an oil change. They took care of it and mentioned some things that I could wait to do. Was happy with the work. Then, A few months ago, we noticed an oil leak from our Honda Pilot and stopped at the Lube Center to look for the cause. They quickly diagnosed, and tightened the seal. No charge. Have gone back there for the Pilot's oil change. Very happy to recommend them for all routine maintenance. Love their pricing. Tire rotation needs done elsewhere.

I was pleasently surprised. We are on a road trip all the way from Tucson. Staying in Boise for a week. I needed oil change and found this place on Yelp. It is a small business which I try to support. Anyway, they did their thing quickly (I only waited for 40min or so), and they DID NOT try to sell me anything... I know my truck is in good condition, and they just confirmed that. Back in Tucson I use the same mechanic for over 5 years now. A lot of other places are always trying to find something wrong with a car and fix it. If you are passing Boise and need a quick oil change or maybe your car is acting weird, check these guys out. P.S. They also charged me $50 less of what I usually pay for exactly the same thing in Tucson. Maybe Boise is cheaper... Who knows

These guys are good. They not only change your oil and oil filter. They know cars and trucks. Took them all of 3 hours to change my old water pump. They fixed the two valve misfires I was having a week later. Changed my spark plugs and distributed cap easy peasy. Highly recommend these guys.

Absolutely love this shop! Great service and awesome turn around. They have saved me thousands of dollars taking care of my 13 company cars and my 2 personal vehicles. They don’t up sell you and will look for ways to help you save money on your vehicle by not adding unnecessary “repairs” for things that don’t really need done or aren’t an issue. Great shop and would highly recommend them for your next oil change or maintenance item on your vehicle

I wanted to get an oil change & related service done on my car. I tried to schedule an appt with the Buick dealership in Boise (Peterson Motors), but only got the run-around from their service dept. So I looked on line for auto service/oil change shops in Boise & called The Lube Center on a Saturday afternoon. They told me to just come on over, no appt needed. The reviews on line from their customers rated them very high. They were very professional & thorough in completing the service work. I'm pleased with their work & will definitely go back.

I've been getting my oil changed here for several years. The price is decent and hasn't fluctuated much over the years. They are fast (don't think it's ever taken more than 15 minutes). And, the staff has always been very professional and friendly.

I’ve come to this shop multiple times and each separate trip in has been a really good experience the guys are up front and concise when it comes to the work they will do. Dakota is a rockstar solid guy, they won’t try to push anything extra on you like some of the other shops I will be back in the future! It was a pleasure interacting with all the employees, a great group who take pride in the work they do on your vehicle.

These guys, Brad and Dakota have been so amazing to work with. I take all of my company vehicles to them and now my personal vehicles as well. They are very fair on their pricing and turnaround times have been very quick. What I love is that if something doesn’t need fixed, they don’t try and “up sell” you something you don’t need. Another business quoted me $2200 for an air conditioning repair claiming that the whole ac condenser kit needed replaced. The Lube Center checked it out and determined it was just a few leaky o rings and fixed it for under $150!! What great service! They are prompt to say if they can’t repair something and have even given me solid referrals of where I can go for items they don’t handle. I would strongly encourage you to give them a fair shot on your next oil change and have them review your vehicle for any mechanical issues. Love these guys!
