I called for a carburetor cleaning on my Honda Shadow 1100 and the individual that picked up claimed they don’t work on Honda cruisers. For a place to claim to work on all major brands, this was sorely disappointing. Save your time and go elsewhere if you don’t own a harley.

I had dropped a large plastic straw from a siphon into my oil reservoir. Owner said it wouldn’t melt but still offered to drain the oil and get it out. Had it done with plenty of time to spare before I had to head back to the cities. Only charged me an hour of labor. Definitely saved my weekend!

I called this shop after browsing Google for shops in my area. I’m new to town and had no prior knowledge of where to go. I rated my interaction with the business a single star because of this: Me: Hi, do you work on specific brands like Harley or do you service others.? Hog Pen: uh, yeah, what’s the problem? Who’s this? Me: (state my name)… pause… just looking for service. Hog Pen: what kind of bike? Me: 95 Vulcan 800… Hog Pen: I wouldn’t touch that… that’s a “Jap Bike” *click* I couldn’t believe how that went. But, then again… Needless to say, I won’t be swinging by there. C’mon guys, you can do better.

In need of late spring tuneup and breakdown evaluation, upon my phoning , I was directed to immediately bring my 650 Ninja, & even though the Owner/Operator told me he could only attend to between other bookings. Impressively, I had a complete tuneup, AND fully addressed, (hand) written in entirety, an evaluation within two days of dropping off bike, even made the time to make sure I understood how an evaluation could be followed up with regular maintenance, to have myself the best years out of Sport bike, a couple years shy of a decade after purchasing new. I’m more than 5 star satisfied with the manner and service given me. The cost was not as much as a dealer, likely as seemed a dealer wanted me on a “new” bike. Thank you kindly, sir. Great old school Harley shop I had to laugh at the review by Scott G why would you call a Harley shop to fix your yammaha and why would you try to harm someone’s buisiness by leaving a bad review ? Be like me calling a diesel machanic to fix a gasoline motor than getting mad cause they don’t work on them . But instead of calling the right place I leave a bad review . I have had work done here on different bikes over the years and have always gotten good quality work and honesty at a fair price. This business i would highly recommend .

I called to see about getting service on my Yamaha MT-09. I said that to the guy who answered the phone. Then he asked me what bike do I have? I repeated the 2019 Yamaha MT09 and then he asked me what is that? The summary on Google says all brands serviced. The person who answered the phone said he only works on Harley's. Fix your summary and might want to know what a Yahama is.....even if it is not a Harley.
