I want to thank Erick and the Good Mechanic team for a great repair job! After the AC on my Audi stopped working I called T—G—M and Erick came right out to diagnose the problem — a faulty AC compressor. I was able to order the replacement parts and schedule a follow up for the repair. Erick and the team were very professional and always on time. Fast forward, and my AC is now blowing ice cold! And they went beyond the call, and fixed some other problems at no charge. These guys are awesome, and highly recommended for your next repair!

Eric answered the phone and was able to come over within a few hours and change out my belt. Prices were much better than my nearest auto shop and his service also saved me on being towed in to the shop.

Eric was extremely helpful, calm and patient. So nice! Which helped after having such a bad day. He was early and fast. He helped me change my alternator. My car gave out in the middle of a commercial parking lot. So I quickly googled some mobile mechanics. After reading these awesome reviews, I gave The Good Mechanic a call and Eric answered right away. His communication was perfect and he’s very knowledgeable. Definitely going to be my go-to-mechanic now. Grateful I found this one. Give him a shot!

Off the Chain! Let me start off with that! My mechanic had moved out of Florida my car started stalling on the way to work, mind you I’m a barber with a full day of work couldn’t get out the barbershop to got to a mechanic shop found this gem on google, he came n he fixed my vehicle. Best mobile mechanic in Miami by far. Extremely convenient and reliable. My car is older and needs a lot of maintenance, so I always use this service. I just schedule a time with Erick (who is extremely knowledgeable and nice) and he repairs the car quickly. Perfect for when I work from home. Would definitely recommend!

Eric ,remember a man word ,is the most important, forever you tell someone, hey I will be there in two hours, it won't matter if you take 3 or more ,yes find a way to notify ,the person or customer, you can be a great mechanic,but there is no way of knowing, if you going to show or not ,leaving someone waiting for you ,hey things happen, but a phone call ,could have a big difference. Erick was absolutely amazing. Not only are his prices reasonable and it is so convenient that he comes to you and works with your schedule, but he is amazing with communication and follow through. When I had a second problem after his initial visit he willing accepted my call and talked me through it. I recommend him to anyone and everyone. Finding a good mechanic can be stressful and honestly a daunting overwhelming task. To the point where I was about to give up on my search and junk the car because the estimates that I was receiving from previous mechanics were costly and over the value of the car. In my final search the GOOD (great in my opinion) mechanic came up and although I was initially hesitant since the business doesn’t have an actual location and I questioned whether the job could be completed. However, after speaking with Erick he gave me his assurance that he could assist and he delivered. In two different occasions I had to use the service and I am grateful I took a chance with Erick to take care of my 2010 Mini Cooper. Erick was extremely professional, and answered all of my questions. He was also patient and understanding, easy to talk to and polite. The first service he performed on the car was replacing the relay junction power box. The second time I had a coolant leak. On both occasions, Erick had great follow through with communication and took care of my car efficiently and thoroughly. His prices are fair and reasonable. He also gave me many helpful suggestions to help improve on maintaining the vehicle. I truly appreciated doing business with him. I am writing this review, because it was all the previous reviews I took a chance on bringing my car to him. I would highly recommend and I hope this review helps others. Cannot express how grateful to find mechanics that are willing to drive to someone house to change an alternator! One hour tops and they switched it out. Also I had bought it myself so the the cost for labor I believe was reasonable.

If I could give The Good Mechanic (Erick) more than 5 stars, I would. My daughter's car required an alternator replacement. I called The Good Mechanic at 10:00 AM and that same day I had an appointment for 6:00 PM. Erick actually was able to show up at my home at 4:00 PM. It was a rainy afternoon, and despite the weather and heavy traffic in Miami, he was able to get the entire job done in one hour. Erick is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and thorough. Most importantly, he is reliable and fair with his prices. Erick and The Good Mechanic are now on my contact list and definitely my go-to mechanic moving forward. They did the job, which is change the oil in my car. But they used a container in my yard I have for personal use instead of using their own, and left it drenched with the old oil, and turned it upside down in my grass to drip in my yard. If I had not said anything, they would have left it there. Absolutely unacceptable. Not calling them again.

Took my car to a previous mechanic and my car broke down the next day. Looked up on Google and found this mechanic. Called him and he picked up right away. He came and stopped by my place the same day and fixed my car. Very grateful. Definitely will seek out this mechanic in the future. Highly recommend.

I was referred to The Good Mechanic by a friend and they sent me one of their mechanics in my area, which was very convenient for me. I have a BMW X3 and the mechanic was very professional, resolved my car issue and very responsive to all my questions and concerns. They also gave me a great price compared to other mobile mechanics I reached out to. Therefore I will be contacting them for any future issues. And most definitely recommend The Good Mechanic as well.
