I've used them for about 7 years to address issues with my 85' 380SL. The staff there take care of my car like it was their own. They make sure you understand your options. When done they give a detailed review of what was fixed and how it was fixed. VERY PROFESSIONAL. If you own a Mercedes worth preserving this is THE business to use to make it enjoyable.

Bruce and the team took great care of me and my C350. Having grown up on the inside of a dealership family I am used to getting straight forward and honest answers when it comes to service. Mercedes owners this is your place! The Foreign Service is top notch. Craig quickly offered an appointment, clearly outlined their service philosophy, diagnosed and fixed my car’s issues. I was offered a Mercedes loaner (didn’t need it because the work was done quickly). Everything was inspected, explained and some services were not needed or could be deferred. Honest, experienced, excellent Mercedes service.

The Foreign Service Inc has made me a believer. I've been with Foreign Service since 2017 and have been very happy. There are no big surprises and over sell. This is my second vehicle that I have taken there for all services. My first vehicle, I sold and the new owner drivers three hours to continue to get it Service there. Best place to have your Mercedes Benz serviced. I have a 2012 C250 with only 80K miles and has performed standard maintenance plus less standard repairs due to the car's age for a fair price. They have complete access to MB's records through the VIN#. Very truthful and responsive service.

The quality of work and customer service of The Foreign Service is outstanding!!! I take both my Benzes there, and every time they have provided service, I left feeling reassured and satisfied. I moved out of the area a few years back and a mechanic in Maryland was very complimentary of the work done by The Foreign Service right before I moved on an older Benz that I had.

I’ve been bringing my CLS63 to The Foreign Service since I bought the car two years ago, and I wouldn’t let anyone else touch it. They are so knowledgeable of Mercedes and they never cut corners. When I pick up my car from them, I always feel taken care of. Their prices are a lot better than the dealership too. These guys are the best at what they do and I can’t recommend them enough.
