Highly Recommend!!!! You know what? These guys's honesty and integrity are off the charts!! If it would have been any other shop,, they probably would have tried to charge me for all kinds of s*** I didn't need, and from seeing all the codes my car was throwing, I would have believed them!!! But he told me it was a quick and easy fix and it was! 😭 I'm so GRATEFUL, thank you guys for all that you do!!!!!!!

Highly recommended going here! I was super stressed about my key not working and I called this shop 30 minutes before closing and he told me to still come in even tho it would be past closing. He fixed my key for me free of charge and even called me after to make sure everything was working and fine. Super helpful and kind. Will be going back for anymore car needs<3

If anyone needs work done on their car, these guys are honest and way cheaper than any other mechanic I have been to. They are super fast too, both times I have been here I was in and out in less than an hour. They are very nice guys, they will only fix what you want fixed, they won't look around to find more problems (money to make)

I took my vehicle to this spot in Yuba City. At first I thought that they were really good people. I wanted to become friends with them. They did work on my front end (inner and outer tie rods, upper and lower control arms, sway bar links), shocks, transmission lines and headlights. After having to go back a couple of times to the Fix-It Spot and going to numerous other shops it was concluded that they forgot to bolt down my shocks, my whole driver side sway bar link was missing, they were supposed to replace the idler arm and pitman arm in order for me to have a successful alignment, but they did not suggest it, and numerous other issues. I was told that the owner AJ has a really bad gambling problem which has caused problems with his company's finances, as well as does not have the knowledge to be working on vehicles, which is evident in the failure to repair my vehicle properly. Even though they are catered to low income people, it is not worth getting your vehicle fixed here because you will end up spending double the money to fix it right. It is also unfathomable that they do not want to take responsibility for their actions. Believe me when I tell you that your life can be put in danger because their inability to be honest, as well as they lack knowledge to properly repair your vehicle. It is also unfortunate that they want to try to say that I removed the part from my vehicle just to get my money back, they also said that I'm doing this in retaliation because one of their employees flaked on me for a date and basically that I'm trying to extort them. None of these accusations are true, they are attempts to make me look bad to discredit my claims. By the way I haven't been able to get my alignment done yet because I'm still working on repairing what they damaged. Just to give an update on my first review, I won the court case against The Fix-It Spot. With all of the evidence the judge decided that they were culpable for their actions. I was awarded a settlement. The unfortunate part is that Ajay came up to me after the court hearing and told me that he is going to pay in small increments and he's going to drag it out as long as possible. It's unfortunate that not only did he put my life in danger by his negligence, but now he is wanting to penalize me for him being held responsible for his actions. Update: I found out that there were other parts on my vehicle that they said they've replaced which they did not. They left on the old parts and charged me for new ones. AJ also tried to pay me money to delete my negative reviews. During the time I was trying to collect payment, he kept making it difficult for me to collect monies owed to me which cost me several hundred dollars extra. FYI this man has a criminal record with felonies. You might want to investigate further.

WARNING DO NOT GO HERE! rip offs, charge for parts not installed, If he breaks other parts when hes trying to fix something he will charge you for the part. Remember you get what you pay for. Owner just got sued by other customer and lost due to the damages he caused on the customer car.

Do not get your car fixed here. I paid AJ and Ron $1300 for parts and labor, however, they did not put the parts ($909.00) on the the engine. They also, dammaged my coil wire clip and ziptied the clip to the coil to hold it together. I was raging mad at them because they will not give me a refund.So they called the police on me, but the police helped me because they AJ and Ron are in the wrong.The police are making them by all of my parts and give them to me and I have to take them to court to get the rest of my money. They tried to have me arrested for hitting ron but I did not hit ron. Nothing was fixed that they charged me for not one thing. A j and ron I am suing you. I found out they did not even buy the parts.

I wish I had read these one star reviews before taking my car here but it was a personal referral so I didn't (last time I do that). Ajay quoted me for an itemized list of repairs including a new rotor and break lights (which he didn't actuality fix but added it to the final receipt as if he had). When it came time to pick up my car, the receipt showed the same original quoted price but the items repaired didn't include the rotor. He told me he didn't put in a new one because I didn't need it but when I simply asked why he still charged me for it, his whole demeanor changed from friendly to a jerk! He then told me he can just put the new rotor on if that would make me happy even though he himself told me I didn't need it. How that made sense to him is beyond me. I essentially asked for my money back, for the rotor he charged me for but didn't replace, to which his response was to throw a $100 bill at me and yelled at me to never come back to his shop. My 'check engine' and VSC light came back on btw. I regret ever stepping foot in this "fix it" shop. If you don't want to be ripped off and disrespected, stay away from this place!

If I could leave a million stars I would. Yesterday AJ checked out a leak in my truck. I was referred by my Tia who AJ has done great work for in the past. He didn't know me and I had never been there before. It was pouring rain and he had other jobs that he was already working on but yet he took the time to take a look for me and was able to quickly pinpoint the cause and then he fixed it for me on the spot. Little did you know AJ, what I had gone through the day before and that day. While I was waiting in your shop I was reading all the inspirational things that you have up on the wall. You mentioned that those are the things that keep you from quitting some days. Sometimes a kind act and a kind person can give inspiration to somebody else to not quit either. You were that for me yesterday. Thank you for what you do for our community and thank you for turning your own hurdles into victory not only for yourself but for those of us that you touch by doing the things that you do. 1 million stars to you and your shop. He was able to tell me what was wrong with my car over the phone just by me telling him what some of the issues were. Got my car towed there and it was done not even 2 hours later! Awesome!! The price was definitely in my price range. So grateful for people like him! Good, honest, reliable man. God bless him, his family and business. Need work done, definitely go to him. I asked Ajan to look at my car and repair the shaking issues I had. He assumed it would be the rotors and he replaced them. He also assumed it would be a sensor. I asked him to ensure he looked at ALL the problems it could be and not just a quick fix… My car made it back to Wheatland and the check engine light came on … I called and asked him what happened - Ajan requested to see the car just for me to drive it back in the poor condition it was in and tell me “he and his team don’t work on hybrid vehicles because they’re too difficult.” I messaged Ajan asking why he worked on the vehicle knowing he couldn’t fix it in its entirety.. he blocked me from Facebook and his phone as well after asking for my money back. Comes to find out my ENGINE needs to be worked on … nothing else nothing more. Conned out of money from a so called business man. Waiting for him to give us our money back and be truthful.

AJ and the rest of the team at the shop has went above and beyond many time's working on my girlfriends van and my mom's car at a fraction of what it cost at other shops. They really help the people in this community and take pride in their work. Providing the best work for a quality price! This place is a joke! I brought my car in April of 2023 and was supposed to get 02 sensor replaced, spark plugs, and valve adjust. My check engine light came back on like a week after leaving thought it was my cat because I know that’s bad took it to another mechanic and said still 02 sensor - when I came in here I told them b2s1 they did b1s1 and didn’t do valves adjust just replaced throttle body gasket. Called and talked to AJ about it and he said the most they’d do is refund $60 even though I paid $225 for labor plus $300 in parts. Then proceeded to text me after not even wanting to do $60 refund that he mad over half a million last year…. There supposed to help the low income community but they just want to rip you off and don’t pay attention to their work trying to collect money. I’ll be trying to figure out how to make a complaint w BBB
