It's easy to give good reviews when everything's perfect, but a good measure of a place is when it's not. After getting my car back for various maintenance work, there was a bad vibration and sound from the rear at highway speeds. Nothing they did directly caused it and they were stumped. I've had this sort of thing happen at other places and usual response is 1)lie about the cause, 2) just make simething up, or 3) blame it on me, that it was that way when it came in. Ugh Anyways, Jesse was totally honest. They just didn't know why it was doing it. So they took my car back in, checking everything they had touched, with no results. Finally they took a day and a half disassembling the rear end, found a part that could *possibly* have caused it. Jesse called and asked if I wanted a new part or put the old one back in. Either way there would be zero charge for the day+ of labor, and I could just pay for the part itself. When I picked the car up Jesse told me to drive it a few days and only after being totally satisfied come back and pay. I thought this was the absolutely best way to handle this- and have never been so well treated. It's like they took the issue personally. It's one thing to provide great service when things go as planned, but when things don't you see their true colors. Great job guys!

I've been taking my car to The Car Place since 2009. I will not take it anywhere else. Jessie and the crew at the car place take great care of my car, they don't try to sell me on a bunch of things I don't need and they take the time to explain things to me so that I can understand it. Their cost of repairs always beats dealerships and other privately owned independent service businesses. Added bonus, they wash your car for you after every service and/or repair..

Check engine light came on as I was driving home from work. I called The Car Place and asked if they could take a look if I dropped it off and the happily obliged. They not only took a look the diagnosed the problem repaired and had me back going the same day. Excellent technicians and even better customer service. It's hard to find a shop that you can trust to not just say something is wrong to get more money but I whole heartily trust The Car Place.

Just when I thought they couldn’t do better they do!!! Their level of service is fantastic. They care about their customers like family. The Car Place never disappoints! The problem was well known to the BMW tech community, but it can’t be permanently repaired without a transmission. They really put a lot of effort into researching the problem, and reaching out to the BMW tech community. I applaud them on their efforts; there was nothing they could really do and I knew that was a possibility to begin with. They even called to ask about our annual inspection, and washed and vacuumed the car too! I would use the following to describe the shop and technicians. Clean. Professional. Thoughtful. Well-spoken. Accessible. Empathetic.

I have been taking all of my luxury vehicles to Jessie and The Car Place for years. BMW, Audi and my Porsche. Great service, oem parts and reasonably priced compared to dealer. EVERY service comes with a complimentary car wash. Very trustworthy family owned company
