My 2005 Toyota matrix with 155,000 miles started to leak oil in a couple of places. My regular mechanic quoted me $2000 for the same work that the Car guys did for $1200, with a three-year, 36,000 mile warranty! My car was ready in less than a day and a half and really runs very smooth! Very happy with the results. Mark and his crew at the Sahara and Buffalo location in Las Vegas are awesome! This is a really amazing auto repair shop they actually work with integrity. I’m amazed. They’re very honest. I had a wonderful experience and just recently. I ran over a median and my dashboard lit up like a rainbow. The check engine light came on, service ESC & traction light came on. Usually when my car breaks down. I have a panic attack, But because I found this shop, I had a piece of mind. Knowing I wouldn’t be taking advantage of & scammed. The prices are unbelievable. Their work is the best. I am super duper satisfied & my worries about auto repairs are over.😺 A few experiences, once I had my timing chain fixed At The Car Guysand maybe 4 to 6 months later my car began to leak. I didn’t think for a second, it had anything to do with my timing chain. I took it back to the Car Guys. They took responsibility for the leak. they said it was their fault. They forgot to put a gasket or maybe some type of ring back on that caused the leak. They fixed it without any charge, they didn’t have to take responsibility. They could’ve blamed it on me. They could’ve charged me. Another experience, my brakes were squeaking & also I was told that I needed my brakes fixed. I took it to The Car Guys. They checked it out. They said that it was not my brakes. It was my ABS. There was nothing wrong with my breaks & that I just needed to slow down my driving and that’s what caused the ABS to cause that squeaking, which I thought was my brakes, they didn’t charge me anything and not even a diagnostic fee they waive that charge, I slowed down my driving and I don’t hear the squeaking noise anymore, Unbelievable. So, if you guys or ladiesare having problems with auto repairs/auto mechanics, go to The Car Guys and your problems are solved.

Great guys. Great customer experience. Made a quick call to see if they could look at my car. I was 10 minutes away. They said come on doen. I limped my Genesis in with front brakes grinding at 1 pm. Quick eval and quote. I was told it would be done by 5. At 4:45 they messaged me and said it was done. Great communication. Quick, efficient service at a fair and reasonable price. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. The best part...no b.s. up selling! "Honest mechanics" is usually an oxymoron. Not with the The Car Guys. You will not be disappointed!

I went in fully convinced that I had a power steering rack problem causing steering issues. I even bought a replacement rack and brought it with me. The guys looked over my vehicle and determined that it was simply a loose bolt. They could have easily changed it out and charged me for it. But they didn’t. They were honest and did the right thing. Something that is becoming increasingly rare in today’s world. I have found my new mechanic. I’ll use them for issues as long as I’m in the area. Couldn’t recommend them more. Thank you very much gentlemen.

We have a 1966 Mustang Conv. that needed some minor work and tune up. We were afraid to just leave it anywhere. We are so glad we found Mark and his guys at The Car Guys, they protected the car every night in their shop and the mechanic that worked on the car did an excellent job. We would recommend them for any auto repair that needs to be done at a reasonable price and will return if and when our car is in need again.

Everyone at the shop was very accommodating and patient with me during the process of using insurance to claim the damage. Mark answered all my calls and texts promptly, as well as corresponding with the insurance company. I would recommend this place.

I received a quote from Meineke, but The Car Guys gave me honest advice, telling me that some of the parts Meineke suggested replacing were actually fine. They only did the necessary work, avoiding any unnecessary repairs that would have raised my bill. I truly appreciate their transparency and professionalism. From now on, I’ll be trusting them with all my car needs! Highly recommend!

My vehicle was loud! Sounded like a lawnmower in the cab. Thought it was the exhaust. Or worse—maybe the engine, at 185,000 miles, was on its last breath. Turned out to be the motor mounts. Cracked and broken! The Car and Truck Guys on Sahara replaced them and within a few hours. Suddenly, the car was as quiet as the first day I drove it off of the lot. To summarize: great experience. Highly recommend.

In a city full of indifference, especially retail business, The Car Guys made their mark as one of the best. Traveling through LV on my way home a couple of weeks ago and needing a minor repair that simply required the right tool for the right leverage, The Car Guys displayed great eagerness to help where others did not. I wish they were in my home town. I recommend them to everyone. Maybe I can time my next road trip around an oil change at The Car Guys !!!
