Frankie, and Erick, were amazing! They were honest, respectful, and affordable. They fixed my 2006 VW Jetta quickly and took the time to explain everything to me. I trust them completely and will be coming back for all my car maintenance. Highly recommend! Mentor

Frankie and family are amazing to say the least. I started seeing them after my brother had already been with him for years in the bronx shop! Frankie has always walked me through what needs to get done and explains things so I can understand. I've followed him to Connecticut location and make the drive because he is an expert and gets the job done. Thank you for taking care of me and my family cars throughout the years.

Been with the Rrodrriguez family ever since they had their Bronx shop. Knowledgeable, honest, friendly, reliable, reasonable, I could hit up the thesaurus for a dozen more adjectives but nothing could demonstrate my faith in Frankie and Erik more than putting my trust in them with my parents' cars. These are good people. I'm very happy to see that they've made a name for themselves in CT and I wish them the best of success going forward.

Growing up with mechanics my entire life, it took me many years to find a trustworthy place. Frankie and Erick are very respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. The pricing is fair and they stand behind their work. They did an excellent job and did not leave a greasy mess all over my car like other places. I am so happy I found them. I will be going here from now on for all my car repairs. Thank you!

I asked for rear brake inspection. They gave me list of all the parts "recommended" for replacement, WITHOUT checking the car. I do not consider this a good business practice.

I have used Frankie for my vehicles for over 20 years. His knowledge about vehicles is unparalleled. His ability to diagnose problems and keep my vehicles in tip top shape is why I’ve stayed for all these years. On top of that, his prices are extremely reasonable. It’s difficult to get an honest, reliable mechanic and we have that with Frankie.

Had the best experience with The Car Guys. They were affordable and worked with me on making major repairs to my 2011 Audi. I had a few shops turn it away and they got it done and it runs beautifully. I will be bringing it back for oil changes and other maintenance and repairs, I won’t go anywhere else. Very trustworthy and loyal. They took the time to explain and show me the parts that needed replacing. They worked fast. They are honest and I won’t trust my Audi to anyone else.. highly recommend this shop and Frankie!! Thank you for helping me through - God Bless!!

I was referred to Frankie by a trusted friend who said she had been going to Frankie’s since he was in the Bronx. Frankie was professional and thorough when inspecting my car and informing me of the repairs my car needed. When I picked up my car it felt brand new again! And was half the price of the dealer quote I was given on non covered items from my warranty. Never going to another mechanic. Frankie and his team were amazing. Stop paying dealership prices when you can get the same quality work from The car guys! Also they worked with my warranty which was a huge plus. Thanks car guys.

These guys used to be based in the Bronx. This is their new location and I came to them. Honest hard working mechanics,they will tell you what they think is wrong and how much before they work on your car. If it going to cost more, they will also tell you. Cheap is not good. I will pay they price to make sure my vehicle runs well and takes me to point A.B and C.
