I scheduled an appointment at this shop to have my car inspected due to a strange noise coming from my brakes. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. There were two men sitting at the desk, neither of whom acknowledged me or greeted me. After waiting for a moment, I finally said, “Excuse me,” and mentioned that I had an appointment for my tires. One of the men simply asked for my keys without any further explanation or conversation. Since no one provided any details about the process, I asked if I would receive a call or if I should stay. The other man responded vaguely with, “Yeah, we’ll reach out,” in a dismissive tone. There was no effort to provide clear communication or make me feel like a valued customer. When I returned to pick up my car, the interaction was just as unprofessional. They handed me my keys without a word, told me to pay, and pointed to where I needed to sign—no explanation, no discussion about my vehicle, nothing. I had originally considered getting my tires replaced, but after being quoted over $1,000, I wanted time to think about it. Given how poorly I was treated, I decided to take my business elsewhere for that service. The only positive aspect of my visit was the text message they sent with my vehicle’s inspection results and service recommendations, allowing me to accept or decline services from my phone. However, that convenience does not make up for the complete lack of customer service. I’m not sure if my treatment was due to being a young female, but regardless, no customer should feel dismissed or disregarded. A simple greeting and basic courtesy go a long way, and unfortunately, this shop failed in that regard. Because of this, I won’t be returning.

These guys are awesome. Everything is very efficient. You can make an appointment with them online. You can drop your car off and pick up after hours with a lockbox system they have to safely drop off and pick up your keys. That way you can wait til traffic dies down to drop off or pick up your car. They are very honest and thorough when they look over your car and what it needs. Prices are good too.

I was referred to The Car Clinic of Miami by one of my clients. I passed by with an older vehicle that was in need of several repairs. Fernando, the owner of the shop took the time to show me the issues that my vehicle had. He explained in a friendly and professional manner what needed to be done to get the vehicle running good again. I would highly recommend The Car Clinic of Miami to any of my family or friends that need work or services done to their vehicle. The repairs were completed in a timely fashion and the customer service is second to none!

The estimate on my repair was $248 double the competion price therfore I had no choice but to fixe it. Six sparkplug and cables $661 Heater hose $248. Ivan not so nice anymore and Fernando the owner nowhere to be found.🤨🤨🤨

I’m 73 yrs old! Have dealt with lots of car repair shops, I HAVE NEVER SEEN A PLACE EVEN CLOSE TO THIS! the professionalism, honesty , the detail to send Cust pictures of computer read out, of damaged parts , of the complete car inspection, the explanation of charges , this is my first time & it won’t be my last! It’s a pleasure to deal with the employees & the owner ! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat! This is something most of us customers DON’T see now a days a lot ! The Car Clinic of Miami is my go to mechanic. They can fix pretty much anything and try their best to get it to you in a timely matter. One of my favorite things about this shop is their customer service. Every time I pay them a visit they treat me like a regular at the bar. The staff at Car Clinic of Miami have provided me with repair services in two different occasions, and both times they have been outstanding. First time it was for alignment on one car (I went there out of the blue after seeing everyone else's reviews), second time it was for new tires installed and alignment on a different car (this second time I just decided to go to them first). Honest to the core, to the point of even referring me to other providers of the same type of service so that I could have options, they are glad to discuss the pros AND cons of their service vs others. I have not seen that before. Jose at the front desk provided me with explanations and was glad to answer all the questions that I posed, and worked to accommodate the times I had available. In my first visit, a mechanic from the floor also discussed and explained to me the alignment process. Another representative/mechanic that picked up the phone once was very courteous. Hard to top having all that *in the same place*. Both times they have been quick in getting quality job done, and have even called me to let me know of status. I am very glad to have them around and will count them at the top when the time comes to do service on a car again.
