Replaced my wheel hub because some other places cross threaded my bolts and I needed to get that fixed. Very professional and a great price and thank you for the veterans/ military discount. Every bit helps these days! I asked them to check why my car was making noise and they titened subframe and lower control arm and sway bars.

Had an issue with my wheel, couldn’t drive the car so i got it towed over to The busted knuckle and They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem for me. Staff is very nice, and service was smooth. Pricing is Pretty good as well!

Super helpful and knowledgeable here. They don’t try to scam you like the Midas, Jiffy Lube and Firestone that are down the street. Most of my family come here and already told friends about this place.

I've had good service but my mom is a completely different story... I was just told that she had to call them to find out if her car was ready like does this business think we're psychic and know when our cars are ready. I find it hard to believe they finished it right as soon as she called and I'm pretty sure she had her rental longer than expected.... Then all the parts they replaced they put it inside her car so she can dispose of it. Why they couldn't throw it away is a mystery hopefully there's a good explanation for that but beware of this place if your not psychic

Our family (incl my dad & brother) have taken all our cars to them since 2010. Gabe and Tim are super nice. They never tell you to replace something if its absolutely not necessary. And their prices are not cheap but always fair, he gives you a break when he can. I am telling you all this just after completing two major services on both our cars (including timing belt, water pump, drive belt, struts, all fluid changes between two cars) We trust them completely. We will continue to service/repair our cars with them as long as we can. Thanks for the great customer service.

Fast, Friendly and EXTREMELY HONEST !!!! Ford Dealership quoted just under $8,000 to fix my truck and had my truck for 9 days. Took it to Busted Knuckle and had my truck back in two days and was charged $1,079.00 I’d send my wife, daughter and mom to Busted Knuckle, because I know they will be treated right. Great service and reliable work. The Busted Knuckle took care of my lift kit installation. Allowed me to send to them with prior approval of course. Installation on my 6” lift kit for my Nissan Titan 2018. Fairly reasonable prices.

Great shop. The people are up front about your issues. I've never paid for them to check a problem, even when I decide to not have them fix it. All work comes under warranty, and any subsequent fix that falls under the warranty is done free of charge. This has been my experience. I've been very happy with this shop and the work they do.

Happened years ago but it was why I stopped going there. They tell me I need a new starter after checking my battery. It turns out the battery was the problem. Autozone wouldnt even check my battery because it was cracked at the terminal and swollen like a pot belly pig. The worst part of it all was the gentleman at the counter was adamant it was the starter after I called them out on a lousy job og checking my battery. Never been back and remember busted knuckle, the customer is always right .

This was my first time coming here and the staff really was honest and made sure you got the best price they could offer. I asked for a diagnostics to be ran on the car and they made sure I knew exactly what was going to be done on the car and what the price was going to be before any work was to be done. Overall it was a very good experience with my car running way better than before.
