Saul is a gentleman and follows up on what he says , is timely in decision making and professional worker at repairing my Jaguar 2015 XF. I thought I was on the brink of losing the car until he fixed it better than it was ever repaired by any Jaguar agency. His cost to do this is manageable and he doesn't rip you off in the end .His facility is clean and orderly . I brought over a project Defender 90 that required a lot of custom work to be done. Saul pointed me in the right direction of someone that could help me out as he couldn't get into a year long project potentially. Saul is extremely knowledgeable and professional and he was highly recommended. Saul's shop is very clean and organized. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

Saul is an honest, friendly and knowledgeable business man. Where other mechanics close to my home had to study and research, Saul was aware of all the steps to fix our Range Rover. They are one of the most honest repair shops I have ever dealt with in my life. I have lived in several different states due to the military. I took my car in for repair, he explained what was wrong and even recommend checking to see if my warranty was still available. Saul provided many solutions. Highly recommend. Charged $100 just to say that light could not be removed unless i bring the car some other day - yet charged not even diagnosed to plan ahead - cant imagine how much would the charge if needed additional service . Be careful with this place - no good intentions just another money hungry place in miami. Be aware.

Excellent service. Saul went above and beyond with my car AC repair. I had some issues with the guarantee, but he keep insisting and calling them until they finally approved the repair. Also, in order to have the car sooner and ready he even went himself in his off day to look for the Air conditioning compressor. I almost gave up on my car since the Land Rover from South Dade gave me ridiculous prices that I couldn't afford to pay. I highly recommend the workshop, the service and the prices.

I have a 2011 LR4 with over 100K miles that runs and drives like it did when it was new, I can take it anywhere with confidence because of Saul. Expert - Land Rover brand specialists, Saul and the team at the Britsh Auto Specialist are always friendly, helpful and accommodating and capable of addressing everything needed to keep your car running as new either proactively, by notifying you of what should be done to prevent issues or as repairs when failures occur. When these cars fall into the wrong hands, things can go real bad, real quick and be very expensive. Having access to specialist expert service is invaluable for getting a full enjoyable service life from your Land Rover. If I didn't know Saul, I would not hang onto this car, but I do, so I will. I appreciate Saul and the team keeping my Land Rover running like it did when it was new.

If you want your tires filled with air, these are the specialists. If you want a Land Rover that requires skill to fix, go somewhere else. These guys are part changers and aside from the diagnostic computer, no one knows what they are doing? Call yourselves anything other than specialists because you are not.

I am always excited when I have the opportunity to write a positive review. I recently moved to Miami and have slowly been establishing new relationships with businesses and service providers. I called the shop where I bought my Jaguar and asked them if I could take my car to a franchise store for general mainenance, oil change, etc.... They strongly encouraged me not to. They encouraged me to finde a British Auto Specialist as dealership prices would be very high. As soon as I read all of the positive reviews for BAS, I knew this is where my car would go. It was well worth the drive. Saul and Elizabeth treated me very well. I actually enjoyed my time at the shop. Instead of reading work materials that I brought to pass the time, I got to know these two wonderful people who are really passionate about knowing and helping their customers. I had no major repair, but maintenance that only took about an hour. They were extermely affordable, efficient, courteous, and kind. There were a couple of additional services that Saul helped me with that were over and above the "norm." I highly recommend BAS to anyone who's off their serivce agreement and looking for a long term relationship with their car care professional. I tend to keep my cars a bit longer than the average person, and I know when it's time for my next service, this is where I'll go.

I have owned 6 Land Rovers all types and models, and after having so many "challenges" from the Dealer I decided to look around for a shop. Being in Miami, this can be an ordeal and after 20+ calls to several "Land Rover Specialists" I got to Saul and I am never turning back. He knows Land Rover and his service is beyond what the "Old Days of LR" were about. My truck could not "run" and the dealership told me to get a new one. I called Saul and he received my truck and work on it. Saved my truck and in a few days It was ready with original parts and ready to ride. I was amazed by the outstanding service and his honesty. He called me afterwards to check if all was good, which surprise me even more. This service in Miami, is unheard of, do not hesitate, this is the shop where u want to take your LR. Thank you Saul!

On a mid-August 2021 Friday afternoon we were driving through Florida on vacation. Near Miami a rock from the highway damaged the radiator, resulting in complete loss of coolant, making our Land Rover undrivable. We searched for the nearest certified mechanic, and thank God that we were only 11 miles from Saul's shop. He agreed to stay late until the tow truck arrived, and then replaced the part on Saturday although he is normally closed on weekends! He then met us at the shop on Sunday to return the vehicle. His whole family waited an hour for us to arrive even though they had plans for the day. Saul then called several times during our trip home to be sure everything was OK! Kindness and professionalism is endangered in our world, and we are so grateful for how Saul helped us out in our time of need. All Land Rover owners in South Florida should support Saul! He already has the the best shop in the country (super clean facility, excellent work and friendly staff) so let's make it the biggest!
