We moved to the Triad area a year and a half ago and I had no idea where to start looking for a mechanic. I found Autotrends on the Better Business Bureau website, and I am so glad I did. I am consistently impressed with the quality of their service and the friendliness of their staff. They are always happy to answer my questions and help me understand my car better. Their prices are extremely fair, and I always know I am getting the best care for my car there. I cannot recommend them enough!

Love the shop! Waiting room is always clean and comfortable. They let you know ahead of time what needs to be done and your cost so you decide. No sticker shock after the fact with them! Work comes guaranteed and it holds up!!! 👍🏽

My first time there. They were prompt, courteous and very efficient. They even topped up my windshield wiper fluid, checked my brakes and checked the wear on my tires.

I took my car to Autotrends for the first time, at the recommendation of good friends. Not only did the perform the basic services, but they found other issues needing attention, including a serious problem caused by substandard work done by a previous workshop. They showed me this problem, with my car up on the lift, explained the severity of the problem, and suggested that I go back to the pevious place, and get it repaired, which I did. If not for their thorough inspection, I might have faced a serious mishap on the road at some point in the future. Not exactly what I had expected, but most appreciated nonetheless
